Aye seen that on MotD a few weeks back, still great like.

Many would argue life is. Therefore, it's within perfectly reasonable boundaries that you should suck me. And people believed this was the lad doing Journalism at Newcastle Uni? Class.

Aye stretched it from a regular top 10 to a top 13 just so we squeezed in, fucking magedia.

Aye, can't see them scoring like. Saying that, wouldn't be surprised to see them park the bus and it finishing 0-0.

I really don't know what some people expect from our back up players, we're not Man Utd ffs. Guthrie is a more than capable backup for a club like us and I'd be more than happy for him to get a new deal. That said, I can imagine he'll be looking to move on and get some more game time elsewhere.

Just been on the auction, why the fuck is one N selling for more than three times the other? I presume it's because people think the first N on eBay is the N from Newcastle and for some reason they're willing to pay more for that despite the fact no one will be able to tell the two apart, but there's nothing in the auction that specifies it is and I'd imagine since they've been taken down no one's kept track of which one is which.

Can this not be abused by loads of people signing up for the offer, getting a ticket, and not turning up? What would be the point in that No difference between just sticking a normal £10 bet on. Unless iv missed the point of your post I think the point is that non-Sunderland fans could do it and then not turn up for the game, hence lowering the attendance even more. You're just trying to peddle magedia propaganda!!

LiterallyJamie Not Jamie Redknapp To be fair to Liverpool, there should be a system whereby top, top teams can earn more money via TV. Like a league, but for champions.
-
Would say he did a lot more than nothing. He was a fantastic left back with us and his ability to maraud down the left flank was awesome. Aye, about 4 year earlier when we originally signed him, never made an appearance after this second signing man.
-
Eh, what for? Never heard that before.

Hopefully, strange that he travelled all the way there though instead of pulling out earlier.
-
Shola? So quick? Brilliant article though.

Assuming Ba's out we have to go: Krul Simpson Taylor Colo Santon Cabaye Tiote Marveaux Ben Arfa Jonas Best No doubt we'll see a 4-4-2 with Shola for Ba being the only change though.

Bruce's job situation is a no lose situation for me. If he keeps his job, happy days; if he wins the sack race I'm quids in after backing him to be the next to go at about 14/1 after their cup game vs Brighton.
-
Er, no we're not. It's a lot more about us "fuckers" thinking you're mental. And get it clear - it's not the prediction of you winning that's the issue. It's the somewhat psychotic comparison of teams. Who the fuck are you fucking calling fucking psycotic you fucking fuck?!?!

I suppose, considering what's done is done, it's a nice touch auctioning them for charity. But, I guess it means that we won't ever see them put back up.

United Goes Under The Hammer By Anthony Marshall- Newcastle United Journalist http://www.nufc.co.uk/javaImages/0/b6/0,,10278~10073600,00.jpg Do you want to purchase a piece of Newcastle United heritage? Following the recent revamp of the famous East Stand sign, the old lettering which used to adorn the front section of the roof can be yours, as it is set to go under the hammer through an exclusive online auction. And in buying the letters, you will also be raising funds for the Club's official charity, Newcastle United Foundation. The online auction starts on Sunday (9th October) afternoon and runs until Sunday, 16th October, so you a week to get your bid in. We will be selling each letter individually all the way through from the 'N' of Newcastle to the 'D' of United, and every penny raised will go to Newcastle United Foundation (registered charity no. 1124896). On Sunday afternoon we will be providing a link to the auction, and you can then get bidding for a piece of the Club's history. http://www.nufc.co.uk/page/Foundation/News/0,,10278~2475424,00.html
