  1. Fair enough. As long as it's end of season and for at least £1million
  2. And yet has put more of his own money into it than anyone else in the history of the club. In fact he's probably the only person who has ever put any money into the club's coffers, apart from the few bob that we long suffering souls spend on them. He's a strange f***er. Due Diligence can do that to a bloke eh
  3. This will be brilliant for football. Really hope they can hold on then win the thing
  4. He's at the invading France stage. I'd say invading Russia stage, at least when he invaded France he was winning
  5. Actually starting to amuse me how much everyone hates his guts at the moment. Deserved though. I hate hipster's. http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lzudbb1C5B1qzmi3go1_500.png
  6. Dickhead Pards with his stupid glasses is in the crowd

    Alan Pardew

I'm getting sick of the bullshit people spout about injuries etc regarding Pardew and how unlucky he has been. Well tough s***, look at the team Roeder had to put out 6 years ago in January 2007 against Spurs. (Yes we actually won an away game with this s**** team). Given, Ramage, Taylor, Huntington, Pattison, Solano, Butt, Milner, Dyer, Martins, Sibierski. Subs Not Used: Harper, Edgar, O'Brien, Carroll, Troisi. Spurs 2-3 Newcastle
  8. This thread is worse than a pot of pish
  9. I am Avignon of this. Seriously that was merde
  10. I dunno, but it's getting a Lille bit too much for me

I'd rather take a punt and probably get relegated then. Instead of not changing manager and definitely getting relegated.

Update: We have never ever ever in the history of NUFC gone 17 competitive away fixtures without a win, until this season. The above post shows that the 1967/68 league record is the worst we've had. It could still be beaten though.... Some season's were poor, notably in 1895/96 when it took 10 league fixtures to record a win, which was 2/3 all of our away games; as Football League Division 2 had only had 15 sides competing in it. But it's still not as bad as this season So there you go Alan Pardew, you have the worst away record as a manager in the entire history of NUFC. Selection Committee's had more of a f***ing clue than you in 1896 ffs

So far... Our worst League away record i can find so far is 1967-1968 It took us 14 league games to record our first win. It was a 4-1 win away to Coventry in January 1968. So he's got a bit of leeway with the league record! However, so far this season in all comps we have played 17 away games without a win, so i'll see if there is one that gazumps this.

Under Dinnis i think we didn't win in the league for 20 odd games or something so it might have a little while to go yet. I've got that 130 years Anniversary NUFC book with all the results in it, but i can't be arsed to actually find our worst away season. I did have a go whilst taking a dump on the bog and i got back as far as the late 70's. So you could be right.

99 games in charge. I think he'll be sacked after his 100th. (I hope anyway)

Sooooo.... 7 points from 39 2 wins from 18 Worst away record in the league No away win all season Worst away record in over 30 years (might be closing in on Dinnis!) Lost to the worst away team in the entire Football League Lost to Reading at home for the first time in our history Our goal didn't come from open play No goals from a corner since October 2011 We are yet to come back from a goal down to win under Pardew in his 25 months in charge And he's still in a job...
  17. Great OP and last post there. I'm only 19 but i've slowly fell out of love with football the last 4 or so years. It's just not the same buzz as i used to get when i first had my ST in 2001, fast forward 12 years and it's became a chore to go and watch us play. The buzz i got under SBR and KK (Mk 2) and to a lesser extent Hughton has long gone.
  18. he says the exact same s*** they all do (I know you're being sarcastic btw) but for some reason, maybe because he says it less eloquently, people think it's different. Footballers are famously dim, yet are given the chief analysis roles, it's utterly baffling to me. I wouldn't mind James Richardson presenting the matches and a couple proper experts with a guest (to appease the masses). I wish Vickery did british footy (saying that I get the impression he still knows more). Jeff Stelling is a perfect example of someone who deos a great job with no history of being a pro footballer.
