Suppose he wanted to keep his City contract when he moved.
-
My hope is they do have a very hard run-in. After the Clásico they have to go to Sevilla, Valencia and Villarreal's turfs. We also have to go there + Bernabéu in this second half of the season, but it's done early so if we manage to put a strong run in February - March we should be in it. But this thing it's pretty much open, really.
-
They especially target tourists. They aren't as mindful as locals.
-
Early doors. The % of points both sides will win the remainder of the season is so high that a bad patch would doom us. Negligible difference imho.

Happens in all cities to be fair including your great city! Yeah, pickpocketing in Barcelona can be bad, but I have been robbed there once in all my life yet when I moved to Madrid I was robbed twice inside six months. It's much worse, the police station in Madrid's center leads Europe in petty theft cases (I was told as much by one of the officers when I went there). I'm sure it's got worse with the recession as Spain has the highest unemployment rate in the EU. Not really, we don't have anything to be pickpocketed now Plus pickpockets are organized bands, not poor desperate people out of jobs. Those would get caught the first time they tried it.

It would be the end of the current regime. Mourinho knows this and that's why - imho - he's bluffing to get what he wants from the board and get more control about what happens at the club. In some things he's right (they should have signed a #9, Valdano's slight digs at his own coach in the press are petty and unresponsible), in some things he's very wrong (his media antics are hurting RM's image a lot and I can't see Pérez backing this with conviction). Mou's also called out the Madrid press for the c***s they are which is very necessary for them. Ultimately, it'll be up to the trophies they win this season. They're still in all of 3 of them.
-
That's rather common occurrence in Madrid sadly, happened to me a couple of times while living there. Terribly unsafe city regarding mugging/pickpockets.

Jesus, what a tit.

To be honest Barcelona's summers are relatively mild compared to the rest of Spain, and the 35º figure is only for the hottest days of summer. But the Andalusian stadiums would be hell to play in (pun intended), some areas of southern Spain can reach 40º in August. Fucking hell, playing football in the summer in Écija... unthinkable.
-
We have transfer-listed Jonathan Dos Santos (Gio's younger brother), for €3m. He is NOT like his brother regarding off the pitch attitude but he's stagnated these past years and it's obvious he's not going to be good enough for us.
-
Fucking hell, I love Turkey. Pretty sure I could sign for any of those clubs and I'd welcomed like Pelé
-
Two of those seasons were in the C'ship.
-
Aye, if we can fit a two week' break while starting in the first week of September you should be able to arrange something.
-
Aye, nothing like going to the Camp Nou one afternoon in August at 35º+ You countries still living in the Ice Age do what you wish, I'll keep it as it is.

Lass Diarra is on Mourinho's first team plans though, but he's been unsettled with his contract talks.
-
So do I, the very idea is ridiculous. The fact remains though that Levy and Redknapp went to Madrid the day before the important Olympic Stadium presentation, they must have gone for a reason other than a boys night out. Could Lass be available this window?? You know they were playing another team, do you? You've been linked with Reyes and Forlán.
-
He's always been very popular between RM fans, I suspect it's a bit of a PR signing. I really don't think he suits or has the legs for the dynamic counterattacking football Mou has RM playing. As a plan B maybe, but it looks substantially worse than Plan A (give it to Cronaldo).
-
I really really doubt Madrid would let Benzema go this window. It'd be idiotic even if they sign RvN, they need depth infront.

What was the last SPL striker to cut it at a high level though? Henrik Larsson? (and certainly wasn't for his goalscoring) Viduka? Chris Sutton? Viduka's SPL career was rather short though, and Sutton's glory days at Blackburn came before his SPL stint. True but if you're a half decent player you're only going to go there as a stepping stone/winding down. Invariably of recent anyone who has spent a number of seasons there is because they aren't good enough to play elsewhere. That's what I mean, Miller is 31 and he has never shown before that he can play at a higher level. He already tried it at Wolves and failed.
-
maybe they just fancied a trip to spain and some drinks plus a football match Come on, man. Bosses of football clubs don't just go to football matches for entertainment. They were linked with Reyes recently, which I doubt since he already flopped once in the EPL and I doubt he'd want to go to England again.

Marca claims that Madrid have had a €2m bid accepted by Hamburg for RvN
