Not really. Diving is more deception than outright cheating. In the end, it's up to the referee to give the decision.

Would you prefer if diving was removed though? If so, can't see how you can fail to object to any player doing it. In an ideal world, obviously I'd rather it wasn't part of the game. Diving is never going to be completely eradicated however, and although it may make me a bad person, I would take great delight in Newcastle benefiting from a well executed dive.
