He's crap but in his defence he's playing out of position. Once again the game just totally passes Anita by which basically sums up his entire NUFC career yet he won't get anywhere near the same levels of abuse on here.

As excited as I am about Benitez coming in I'm still expecting the cowards playing in black and white to totally let everyone down again tonight and fall to another tame loss with fistpumps coming out in tomorrow's chronicle telling everyone that the players are hurting but they'll put things right on Sunday. -
If you start singing songs about Newcastle I'm sure there'll be plenty joining in with you mate.
-
Most people on here won't even be at the match anyway so I don't know why they're getting their knickers in a twist about it. Just a load of faux outrage really.
-
Aye Hull away. There's another one of him getting a heroes reception at the SoS on his return after they lifted his suspension. So about 4,000 max. Aye their hardcore support.

Look at the video of Sunderland fans at Hull. If you think that's the minority of them singing "he shags who he wants" then you're very much mistaken. They've also chanted about Bobby Robson being nearly dead, wishing Steven Taylor was dead and racially abused Olivier Bernard all in recent memory. Like I say they deserve what's coming to them.

To be honest I couldn't care less. It's got nowt to do with me. Daft getting offending by football chants anyway really. More so if you're actually a football fan yourself. Fair enough, fill your boots. ? I will mate! That's the problem these days. People are always looking for something to be offended by.

No problem with it. It's what football supporters have always done and always will do. SAFC have given us (and everyone else) a massive stick to beat them with and that's what will happen. They were happy enough to dish the paedo stuff out to Middlesbrough for years, now the shoe's on the other foot and they'll have to take whatever comes their way. They harboured a nonce to their own advantage for a year. They deserve all the abuse they get.

Regardless of what happens tomorrow St James' will be absolutely bouncing next Sunday because of this appointment and when it's like that we usually do well. West Ham last season was probably the last time it was like that straight from kick off and before that the 5-1 against the mackems when the crowd was just mental straight from the off and their players and fans sh*t themselves leading to their supporters abandoning their team at half time and their players being desperate to get off the pitch. We need the same next week and we'll be fine.

Think we'll lose but our season starts next Sunday. -
Based on what? Even though we've won the last 6 I've never been confident before any of them. In fact I'd have taken a draw in everyone of them before the game, as I would next Sunday. Mind, I might change my mind depending on how you play against Leicester Those wins were heavily nonce assisted though and now he's not there.

If he still hasn't met Charnley then that's worrying. Once he does meet him there's no chance of him coming here.
-
He's managed to do the impossible and made us worse than we were last season and will be sent packing with a few million quid in his pocket for his "efforts". The prick has no right to be furious.
-
No he's one of the worlds best managers. Can't believe a club in our position could attract him.
-
Don't worry this is NUFC. It'll go tits up and we'll end up with Les Reed as interim head coach till the end of the season.
-
First line up: Elliot Janmaat Taylor Lascelles Dummett Colback Tiote Sissoko Anita Gouffran Riviere He needs to play Elliot in a far more central position than that. The opposition will simply be taking pot shots from the halfway line into the unguarded goal. I'd lose faith with him straightaway then.
-
To hell with that. I've just been reading up on his previous track record and if he comes in I'm demanding trophies from next season.

 A Champions League winning manager who has managed some of the worlds biggest clubs or Sam Allardyce. Worth noting that Real don't look any more impressive under Zidane as they did Rafa, he was very harshly treated there... Exactly what I'm saying. Look at their forum and then compare with this one. We're clearly far more reasonable, level headed people. We could bring in Guardiola with Mourinho as his number 2 and they'd still say Allardyce is a better option and actually believe it. Bunch of wierdos. Alas, this is also true. But bar the odd sensible poster (who will inevitably get shouted down for being a "mag"), RTG is the very worst of their fanbase surely? I haven't seen any other sites for their club and I only knew about RTG because of here. This board is exceptionally reasonable and balanced which is why I joined. None of the other NUFC boards I read were unreasonable either (just nowhere near as good in terms of layout, insight etc) but I reckon we must have a board of nutters somewhere? If we must compare boards like for like, we cant compare the most sensible of NUFC boards with the most extreme of their boards. ++obviously if there are no more rational safc boards and there are no RTG-like NUFC boards then this point becomes, well, pointless. It's a perfect comparison. RTG is their most popular fans forum and Newcastle online is Newcastles most popular forum. Surprising there's a lot of people wading in with excuses for them tbh.
