There's a difference between unsuspending someone, and then actually playing them though. By playing him they put the threat of relegation ahead of the feelings of the victim and her family. Make no mistake if he'd been a youth player his contact would have been terminated immediately. They will forever be known as the club who harboured a paedophile for their own gains, with a fanbase, who previously had been ambivalent towards him, begin to hero worship him when the news first broke. After these latest developments I don't know who comes out of it worse. The football club for continuing to play him even though it was obvious it was one of those no smoke without fire cases or the supporters of the football club, many who would have bairns themselves, cheering him like a hero and serenading him with a "shags who he wants" song. As for Johnson, you've got to hope justice is served swiftly and without mercy and he gets everything that's coming his way. If there's any justice that club is going down and won't darken the top flight of English football for many years to come.

Shame his usual slump didn't come about a few weeks earlier because they'd be right in the clarts. He'll be in and around the relegation zone next season though which will be pleasing to watch. Just hope we're still in this league so we can enjoy it more.

Don't think anyone's saying he's going to be some sort of saviour from now until the end of the season, we all know the script; he'll play another 2 or 3 games then get injured and that's another season over for him. However credit where credit's due. He played very well yesterday albeit against a poor team and to suggest otherwise because of his previous failings is just silly.

Aye we're a far better team with a fit and in form Tiote in it. He probably hasn't got a future here after the summer but if we can keep him fit, and interested, he'll be a massive help to us staying up.

MOTM for me yesterday. More or less everything we did went through him. Always wants to be in the ball and when he is his head is up and he's looking to get the ball forward. Something we haven't been able to do all season. We looked so solid and aggressive in midfield yesterday with him, Tiote and Sissoko in there and the 3 of them totally dominated the West Brom midfield.

Absolutely brilliant today. Him and Coloccini are still out 2 best centre halves combination. Special mention to Shelvey, Aarons, Tiote and Mitrovic today as well. I packed in my season ticket in the summer and today was only the 2nd game I've attended all season but when you're actually watching something for yourself, rather than what some TV director is making you watch you see things in a different light and I've certainly seen Mitrovic in a different light after today.

He'll be fine in the Championship next season. No worries on that score.

He couldn't even leave his dugout. A really bad reaction to McClaren on Saturday and I wouldn't be surprised if he walked. Don't think he could handle the pressure. The Pardew hate took 4 years to build up though. Agree McClaren won't get anywhere near the stick he deserves purely because he hasn't been here very long. Was just stating the crowd is still capable of making things very uncomfortable for the manager if they wanted to.

It'll only leave Norwich that we could realistically catch but I wouldn't even back us to better their results in the final 14 games especially as we still have to go to Carrow Road.
