Whatever happened to the old Newcastle United? -
That's it for me. Just say for arguments sake we get £20m for him. I would expect Rafa to go out and sign a better replacement for half that. You wouldn't even need £10m to replace him. So many players who are, in theory, worse deliver far more for their teams statiscally. If you looked at Sissoko's contribution, without knowing the players name/nationality etc, you'd never see an international footballer. I genuinely hope he leaves and feel the club will be far better off without him and his 'better than NUFC' attitude. You can tell by the players Rafa has recruited that we're no longer selling NUFC as a stepping stone club. In some respects we shouldn't expect anything more from this shithouse because him, and the likes of Cisse, Cabaye, Tiote etc were all sold the long term dream of using the club for their own gain. It's no wonder we've been left with a squad full of heartless c***s who care only for themselves. Rafa is very clearly going about introducing a new culture and I can't imagine there's much of a place for t***s like Sissoko/Gini etc, whatever Benitez is saying publically. I'm personally delighted to see these career vultures leave. Cisse, Sissoko, Tiote etc are all just Demba Ba's without the same PR Machines behind them. NUFC will be a better place without them, a healthier environment where new players will appreciate the opportunity and, I would hope, view playing for NUFC as an honour. Something most of the shitehawks we will ship out clearly don't. It all sounds so plausible, but not a lot of it really stands up under scrutiny. He's lazy - he's not. He wants to play in the CL - well most would, and he's been here for a few years now. It's not like he bailed out after 13 matches to f*** off to Palace. Rafa is going to introduce a new culture - true, but he's given no indication that Sissoko is a problem player, if anything he seems very keen to keep him. If he wanted shot he'd have bombed him out for £3m and that would be that. Get it through your skulls, if he leaves it will be at our price point and for a 24 yr old who just starred in the world cup final it won't be for peanuts. How old is £100 rated Payet btw, considering he flopped in the same tournament? I'd take Payet for £100 like regardless of his age.

I'm confused. Everyone's 2nd team surely?

Think they're still processing renewals after extending the deadline. Then they're starting with the rebates.

Supposedly 30,000. It said in the chronicle the other week that we had already overtaken last seasons figure.
-
With a month to go before the first home game I'd expect sales to top 35,000 which would more or less guarantee we will never drop below 40,000 next season.

Sima and Fish must have some patience to bother with the utter s**** that the vast majority on there come out! they continue to call us 1992ers, even after Sima proved they are statistically more like 1997ers. What evers said, the mackem delusion shines on. That Zig81 guy is absolutely deranged. So much anger He'll have a heart attack by the time he's 15. Nowt more certain.

Scored against the beasts man.

A quick count up suggests approx; 10,500 Gallowgate 6,000 Leazes (not inc level 7) 4,500 East Stand 4,000 Milburn (not inc level 7) 8,700 Level 7 So that would be just under 34,000 sold (approx). I wasn't far off!
-
We averaged 43,500 last time we were in the Championship and that was when the club was at a very low ebb. As long as we're up there challenging we'll average more than 47,000 no bother. Fair enough, although hard to imagine that we'll sell 15k tickets on a match by match basis? Only had around 28k season ticket holders iirc last time we were in the Championship and averaged 43,500.

Yup although he should never have been used as a left back!
-
Level 7 already has a waiting list! Any empty seats will be in the away end or lower tiers.

Same with a few London grounds. Selhurst Park is a far bigger pain to get to and WHL and Upton Park are a fair hike from the nearest Tube Station. Agree the match is always awful mind! I can never understand people saying Selhurst Park is a pain to get to when it's within easy reach of 3 overground stations. Tube Kings Cross to Victoria Train Victoria to Thornton Heath Dead easy. Just seems to take ages getting there from central London. And as for going by road it's an absolute nightmare. -

"We do not understand. It was agreed that Moussa would stay for one more season with Newcastle to help the team. Which he did the best he could. "It has never been a question that there was a more elevated clause. The club has always said that they would let Moussa leave for between €18m to €25m maximum. "We hope that Rafa Benitez and the president will be more reasonable about Moussa’s future. He has always been loyal, he has always respected the club, the fans. There are clubs that have come to us and the club. We are perfectly aware of the approaches. We want everything to go well.” Had to laugh at the bit in bold.

One of my favourite London grounds. Far better to visit than White Hart Lane, Emirates or Stamford Bridge. Agree on WHL. Can't stand it. Complete shithole of an area, not great to get to and no pubs for away fans. But Arsenal is a good away day and Stamford Bridge is not too bad, either. Stamford Bridge loses points for being £55 a ticket and their fans being aresholes though. -

Just read that statement from his sister. She's one twisted person as well mind. He's a Paedo and she condones it. What a nice family. Doesn't want to lose her ticket on the gravy train and has zero morals in the process. Goes beyond that I think. It takes a warped mind to come out with some of the things she's said since his conviction. Police would do well to keep an eye on her, and her social circle. If someone thinks there's nothing wrong with an adult grooming a young girl they need to be watched carefully.

The fact that him and his agent have constantly talked about him wanting a move away since about a year into him arriving. Very disrespectful imo.
