As ever the happy path is a delicate balance between the two. Those in close support or as part of NCSL need to be clear in tone and aim if they want to be seen to represent the fan base and in turn the majority of fans back them and also be able to filter constructive criticism from the slanging. Likewise, if its an effort or some selling side form of 4D chess to keep things going all power to them - it certainly makes a lot of noise. The problem with noise, especially on twitter is that there’s a lot of it about and people develop a filter for it.

I find the reference to the jarrow cause during a pandemic a bit distasteful and tone deaf of the current situation. That’s not just bitching.
