  1. He's supposed to be knocking it in with his massive conk....objective failed there then...back to the drawing board

  3. They're both members of the self-preservation society i'm afraid. Ashley wants to stop the flow of his losses and Keegan is a man who's pride far outweighs his love of this club....It could of course be a load of press bollocks and exaggeration, but i've no time for anyone who wants to make a fast buck and little else (i.e. anything other than sporting success, a legacy) out of my club
  4. 1,000,000 brownie points to whoever can fit zurab khizanishvili into a chant....oh and no 'happy birthday to you' cop outs either...
  5. Not sure how nu-metal tends to translate into a football chant...he definiteky needs a chant though
  6. ...and simultaneosly running the corleone crime syndicate
  7. Kevin, Kevin, Kevin Nolan, Nolan, Nolan Keep those goals a rollin' Rawhide!!
  8. we cant afford to bring Harewood in for Ranger because we need pace? No i just think that seeing as other players lack such an assent the more pacy players we have on the pitch with talent the better. I still think Harewood in an enigma in terms of his ability and Ranger has performed well in his last few games even against p'boro he stood out. I'd like to see how Marlon gets on because i think he looked ok with what little he had to work with. Fielding players like Nicky Butt we need all the pace we can get
  9. Mincing along, singing his song...walking in a Winton wonderland....http://bp1.blogger.com/_P3Dou2WIhcU/SHM3en5-vsI/AAAAAAAAACc/MpIZ1P8Cilk/s320/dale+is+orange.jpg
  10. I reckon theres a fair chance Marlon Harewood will get a full debut...On Ranger's performance tonight though and considering the traditional lack of pace we have been plagued with we can't afford to drop players like him
  11. 2-0 Carroll and ranger...although depends if Nolan lays off the ale like he did for tonight and nicky butt doesn't collapse a lung/start
  12. I think Caroll played well despite returning from injury but i can see massive potential in Ranger...poor opposition flattered some of our players, still don't rate Ryan taylor but he took his goal well. Milli Vanilli (can't remember exactly) looks a decent loan and Marlon's decent attempt looked thunderous, he's seems a bit of a headless chicken on the ball sometimes but he's definitely a presence and if Nolan plays like that each week we'll go some way to getting promoted. Jose Enrique is by far our most consistent player though, his run down the flank half way was sheer class.
  13. Reckon he did enough to earn his place on the teamsheet tonight. When he left the pitch due to some 'inspired' hughton subs things didn't seem quite as slick. Nile has strength and pace in abundance. Granted, a few of the defensive changes made were slightly confusing but i think Nile was a large factor in the gulf between the class of the two teams. I believe if your good enough your old enough and with a few more experienced players like Nolan (provided his work rate tonight is maintained) and Enrique he'll get the goals. It'll probably take time but I don't believe Harewood should be able to just walk into the team. Hope he does well like
  14. My mackem mate at uni went to sixth form with a lass who got nailed by Stephen Taylor and on a more personal note me and me bro once confused the hell out of hugo viana in the club shop
