He's going to be dead wood completely in two years so I don't see the point. OK it's happening now and he is lightyears ahead of the likes of Smith ever was but its a slight step backward imo.

He's not a good utility player ffs. He doesn't look comfortable in any one position. I don't hate the bloke either. I hate the second rate mentality that the view he is a capable, versatile and competent player represents.

people needto recognise the subtle differences between can play in many positions and is played in many positions. Do the same people w whorate him say the same about perch? who i believe is a better player technically

I apologise wasn't the most constructive. I don't believe that he helped with the blooding in with Santon. He has enough experience without gaining influence from the likes of Ryan Taylor. He's held us back with regard to that example. I don't know what qualities a 'sensible' squad player possesses but it doesn'tsound very inspiring.

That team just has so much more going for it imo opinion. Two full backs confident on the ball and able to put a foot in. The latter is bound to happen though.

With his faith in Raylor. I woudn't put it past him to crowbar him in aheadd of Krul. Should be well behind Santon and even Shane Ferguson imo. Far better footballers. Shift him in ahead of Simpson if he has to.

You want to play Jonas in a free central role? No, not especially - as hinted in bold. Though I think a more flexible midfield in general would be useful provided we try to play using it and not playing it long.
