And THEN make up droll pseudonyms such as 'Fred The Mackem' to incorporate said acronym and ring in to Jawdee talk shows completing the BEST. JERK. OF ALL. TAYME.
  2. When Shepherd left us in a mess we got much the same as the current political situation, a group concerned with a achieving yield whilst drastically cutting spending. One polar extreme to the other. You could argue its had a lot of benefit. You could argue it has made things worse with relgation in the short-term following the takeover and the lying cloak and dagger business approach. This decision is a step too far. Its not in the name of austerity and benefit to the club; rather the whim of an insensitive, calculating individual who at the end of the day owes us nothing.
  3. Not enjoying the midlands bashing in here like...Wolverhampton is a cesspit but I'm from Shakespeare's fine county of Warwickshire and I'll bear the sling and arrows of outrageous fortune no longer you slanderous knaves.
  4. Raylor is in essence, a mediocre player and HBA can change a game in a heartbeat; some may argue the latter lacks consistency but footballing ability beats huff and puff for me tbh.
  5. BBC Midlands Today - Atherstone Ball Game Ladies and gentleman, my hometown's answer to pancake racing. oh and Stig Tosstig

    Ryan Taylor

He's poo but he's done alreet. Should pack out the squad a bit. Nothing more to be said tbh.
  7. Suprised by the poll even. Not attempting soopa fan status but no self respecting fan should be in support of this imo.

    Alan Pardew

All managers deal in daft soundbites. Pardew does it just as much as anything else. Tis the way of things.
  9. Save being a despicable no mark mackem I would have no idea why any supposed fan of NUFC would troll in this thread. Would take a special breed of massive prick to do that.
  10. The captain's superheroic work in spreading obviousness hasn't spread wide enough; going on the views of some people.
  11. Shocked at the poll so far if i'm honest.
  12. I'd sooner have the true name on the ground than some charlatan pretender tbh. Why show him any respect after this?
  13. Spraypaint the jet washers back each time graffiti ad infinitum
  14. how ? A shirt which design changes regularly; even in the old days with different crests and a new style each decade' isn't comparable to something that has been a defining presence in the institution that is NUFC. With the shirts the crest is there, the colours are a constant and as is the name of the club. What we have officially now have is a non-entity of a name directly in place of (gone, possibly forever) one that ALL Newcastle fans love. People will alway debate kits and sponsors but he knew, he knew that this is the one thing that every fan would be unhappy or have reservations about and still went ahead and did it. Perhaps you're right and this is the future, but I don't believe for one second that he's doing this to be a pioneer of sponsorship and doing this for financial reasons to benefit the club. He's been spited by the fans in the past, owes them no favours in his mind and is using this stadium as endorsement of his own company. I don't mind him plastering his crap on the stadium a hundred billionenth as much as this. He is the owner and I'd expect him to look after his own inteests to an extent. This though is just shameless and insensitive to any Newcastle fan.
  15. Laughable comparisons here. Even if this brought in income

  17. Seriously though, you're either on the wind-up or not a critical thinker if you take what is said about this name change at face value.
