  1. This. I know i have gone about it before but it realy gets on my nerves that stadiums around the country don't get to take turns. Though it does give our world cup hopes a boost so we may get to see someteams at st james' and SOL id we win the bid.
  2. http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=541034 That's sums up mags for me. More concerned about sunderland than the cricket. George is going for all the games and their is always more Sunderland fans there anyway. I will admit i am more concerned about Sunderland than cricket mainly though because cricket is shit.
  3. The weateher certainly isn't nice here(England) i spent ages deicing my car today and when i touched the steering wheel it made my hands realy cold. No snow though.
  4. I wore my Newcastls shirt to the gym yesterday and just as i was leaving some randomer said "You're brave for wearing that after our result yesterday". I was confuzed by this why should i be embarrassed that they beat CHELSEA 3-0. Also my Sunderland supporting mates wouldn't stop talking about how they were ahead of us in the table i then had to remind them that it was early in the season and anything could happen and they proved this last season when they went 3 months without a win.
  5. I do worry he could come back injured but at the same time i am plaesed for him and this could be good for his development he is playing with some top class players so maybe he can learn something.
  6. I don't mind c This. I don't have a problem with their money but i do have a problem with their style of play.
  7. It isn't but dirty tackles are open to interpretation. Where as someone punching someone is less so.
  8. i thought he had turned a corner. Guess i was wrong.
  9. I have a bad feeling about this match, i haven't seen Blackburn play but for some reason i am just not that confident we can win today.
  10. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12874_6494843,00.html Hope he does well.
  11. 94 % surely that is the highest in the league ?
  12. His interviews are tremendous, there isn't a footballer around who gives a better interview than Joey Barton, he always sounds realy inteligent and i get the feeling that if it wasn't for his past behaviour he would be one of the more liked footballers because of it.
  13. After doing that i can not belive he had the nerve to call us classless.
  14. Is that true ? Its why Andy Cole always got a rough ride off NUFC fans n all. Andy Cole sung it aswell ?
  15. http://www.true-faith.co.uk/tf/features.nsf/0/3B3A38E838243321802577D300486900?OpenDocument ASK An occasional series of advice on the polite subject of "etiquette" for Steve Bruce. Ask Kevin Ball what he said to Glenn Roeder on the touchline at an Academy Derby at the Academy of Shite a few years ago. Then lecture Newcastle United on "etiquette". Ask Kevin Ball about the references he gave to the court regarding alleged football hooligans. Ask Niall Quinn if he thinks nuggets running in the face of Shay Given and gloating after his team has scored against Newcastle United is an example of his club’s class or just “high spirits”? Ask Niall Quinn if he thinks banning SAFC supporters from matches who have as yet been found guilty of no offence (Central Station - 2009) is an example of the class of Sunderland AFC. Ask those in the Fulwell End in the 80s chanting “Jackie Is Dead!” shortly after the sad passing of Newcastle United legend Jackie Milburn if that is an example of Sunderland’s class. Ask those at the Stadium of Shite during Sir Bobby Robson’s time as NUFC manager if chanting “He’s Nearly Dead” and “he’s pissed himself again” is an example of Sunderland’s class. Ask Niall Quinn and the Sunderland marketing department if using iconic Newcastle-Tyneside landmarks on the deliberately misleading publicity material for Sunderland 2018 World Cup bid is part of Sunderland’s class. Ask the grounds-man at the Stadium of Shite who was holding up his fingers in a 1-0 manner at HT of the 4-1 derby if that is part of Sunderland’s class? Ask him if his emotional meltdown at the end of the game when he thought he could fight the entire away end was part of Sunderland’s class. Ask older Sunderland fans whether the “illegal payments” made in the early 60s is part of Sunderland’s class? Ask Sunderland’s marketing department whether “Black Cats, Top Dogs” DVDs is part of Sunderland’s class. Ask Niall Quinn if he thinks his club’s supporters trashing the Ladbrokes stall at SJP last Sunday and terrorising the teenage girls who work in the food booths is an example of his club’s class. Ask those who have transformed FTM into a de-facto club motto if that is part of Sunderland’s class. Ask Niall Quinn if he thinks making crank calls to Newcastle United supporters bars is part of Sunderland’s class. Ask Sunderland supporters if their manager (Peter Reid) having to have security around the dug-out at the SoS to protect him from SAFC fans is part of their club’s class. Ask Sunderland supporters if daubing KEVIN KILBANE RIP near to the SoS after he’d told a group of SAFC fans to fuck off after abusing him throughout a game is part of their class. And finally, Steve Bruce ask yourself whether being part of a Man Utd team on the pitch at Wembley in 1996 having just won a League and Cup double whether chanting the exact same Daydream Believer song in the direction of Kevin Keegan (to the one you have got the childish hump with) and Newcastle United is an example of YOUR class. 20. Damn, i missed it will it be replayed ?
  21. He is probably overcompensating because the mackems are starting to question if his geordie roots are to blame for Sunday's thrashing.
  22. Yep, we might have got a lot further in the competition if it wasn't that system being in the same group as your selves inter and the previous years finalists gave us slim hope of ever getting through.
