  1. Nobody can tell how Hughton can do in the top flight until we actually get there, hes learned and changed a lot since he was interim manager last season. I am determined he has more than enough capability to keep us up.
  2. Nolan in the same list as Butt and Barton, why? Did you forget Nolan was our leading goalscorer for a while, before Lovenkrands and Carroll got their shit together? Nolan is by no means a failure. Although I do agree, I doubt he can still cut it at PL level.
  3. Had a bust-up with Zog the Dog, not so long ago.
  4. How do you know it was him who really started it and not Taylor, affecting the team negatively just to teach him a lesson is not the answer, simply punish him and fine him, bust-up's happen all the time, if it was something more serious, Id suspend him.
  5. Id be happier if we got an established RB for Simpson to learn from to be fair, Simpson is bench material for me. Add an established PL striker and a promising central midfielder perhaps someone like Cleverly, and Id be pleased.
  6. Alright our youngsters are not bad, but you have far too much faith in them. Hughton did the same mistake in the carling cup. I very much doubt Ranger and Kadar have the same mentality as Taylor and Carroll, after all, Kadar and Ranger are still developing. Unless you were taking the piss
  7. :nope: :nope: Bellamy is a prime example why you shouldn't ship out promising players with a bad attitude, Manchester City's most important player easily. Hughton should/must sort it out behind closed doors. Bellamy was our best player at that time, Carroll so far hasn't proved anything other than he's a decent striker in the championship. As good as he is, Bellamy isn't more important than Tevez btw. You cant always judge how a striker will perform in the prem beforehand, Amr Zaki is a prime example, I think if Carroll played for a creative team and under a top-notch manager, in 3-4 years time he could be a classy striker. Shouldnt really sell a player just for a bust-up, try and resolve matters indoors, fine them, punish them etc. At the end of the day Carroll is important for us in this moment of time, hes our leading goalscorer as well, stick with him for now.
  8. :nope: :nope: Bellamy is a prime example why you shouldn't ship out promising players with a bad attitude, Manchester City's most important player easily. Hughton should/must sort it out behind closed doors. what else should we turn a blind eye to footballers doing then ? Carroll has a future man, nobody in their right mind can deny that, hes only 21, last thing I want is us selling him to a bunch of wankers just for him to score against us a la Bellamy. After whatever club that buys him turn him into a class player. The potential is there, this situation should be resolved behind closed doors, look at the Reo Coker/O'neill situation and Pulis/Bettie scenario, all done and dusted.

  10. Forest are wank away from home. I doubt we will lose our home record to them.
  11. Anyone not content with a point you need to realise that not only the fact this is an away game, but the general level of fatigue is clearly starting to show on the players as well, were starting to play midweek games with the same squad week-in, week-out, theres no major squad rotation going on, as long as we keep winning at home and pick up draw/wins away from home, we'll finish in the top 2. Harper 6 - Should have done better for the first goal, had the time to pick up the rebound. Simpson 6 - This is his level really, cant expect much more from him. Should have closed down Maynard for that second goal, why the f*** would you back off inside the box? Collocini 6.5 - Great ball distribution as usual, not much wrong from him, but not one of his better games. Hall 6 - Capable of performing at this level, and clears the ball well, good clearance from 2 yards out as well. Enrique 7 - Kept running forward and bossed around whatever came his way defensively. Jonas 7 - Awful first half, completly different man after the hour mark, great awareness for his goal. Guthrie 6 - Average game from him, really should have scored at the end of the first half. Nolan 5 - Same old Nolan, should have scored that header. Routledge 6 - Kept bothering them with his pace, but could have done better with the ball at his feet today, not one of his good games. Carroll 7.5 - My MOTM, kept fighting for the ball in the air, made some defensive clearances as well, may his scoring form continue. Best 4.5 - Woeful, total and utterly woeful, we should have started with Ranger today and brought this fella to try and make an impact similar to the Swansea game late during the game. Did do fine in the end, unlucky not to get his first goal with that header. Kadar 6.5 - Did nothing wrong really. Hughton 5.5 - Started with the lineup which everyone expected here, but made no impact subs at all, even if Pancrate and Ranger were our only attacking players left on the bench.
  12. I cant fucking stand Simpson for the love of my life, midtable championship player at best, why the fuck did we get him on a permanent basis, Raylor should start at RB, simple as. I just gave up on Best, so fucking thick, so fucking shit.
  13. BEST you twat, for fuck sake, we get the ball to him right outside the box and he passes it back to midfield.
  14. Sigh, Im lost for words. Best all you had was to fucking dink it over the keeper.
  15. HOW HARD IS IT TO FUCKING RUN INTO THE BOX AND SHOOT YOU TWAT
  16. Come on Harps, had fucking ages to pick that one up on the rebound.
  17. Stay up, build on for next season. 13th-17th
  18. 4-4-1-1 or not, We should be able to beat this team. Harper Simpson Collocini Hall Enrique Routledge Guthrie Barton Jonas Nolan Carroll
