  1. He's right about the lack of support though Yeah, definitely, I was referring to his slandering of Berbatov.
  2. Until that bit's been determined I remain sceptical. Wouldn't be surprising, and would explain Ryder/'Miles dude who's name I forgot' saying no bid has been made. Probably the club telling them to to keep other clubs out. Although, it's fucking impossible to ever actually understand how our club works with transfers.
  3. In terms of squad size maybe not, but they really do need someone to cut through a backline with a pass. None of their current group of midfielders are very good at it, most are direct and pacy. You could really see it in their first two league games. Not sure about Lamela though, haven't seen him enough.
  4. Rob Stone on TV over here so amazed Ramires will miss a Champions League game. Little cunt has been covering football for half a decade and still doesn't know shit.
  5. I'm going to believe Douglas and the French guy here. Ryder's proved many times he'll get in line with the club for shit/wrong info or exclusive coverage of some PR stunt.
  6. I like Neuer, but that was a Harper fall
  7. Wild swing in the dark but i'm going to guess.... Lloris Walker Chiriches Vertonghen Rose Capoue Paulinho Eriksen Lamela Soldado Chadli Looks about right, I think Kaboul is the favorite with Verntonghen, but I don't know enough about ChiricheČ™. It'll be really interesting to see what formation they use most often, a lot of possibilities.
  8. I thought about it for about ten seconds, but there are just too many options, depends on form mostly I would guess. Their front four will most often be Soldado, Chadli, Eriksen and Lamela, and probably Sandro or Capoue sitting deep with Paulinho. But then Paulinho could play in front of those two or Dembele, then there's Holtby and Sugurdson too. In short, fuck Spurs.
  9. Only ChiricheČ™. Capoue and Chadli have some competition, but they'll see a lot of time.
  10. Man City 3-0 Hull City Cardiff City 1-2 Everton Newcastle 1-0 Fulham Norwich 2-2 Southampton West Ham 1-0 Stoke City Crystal Palace 0-0 Sunderland Liverpool 1-1 Man Utd West Brom 0-0 Swansea Arsenal 2-1 Tottenham
  11. I still like most of the team, really, even Tiote a bit. Santon, Anita, MYM, Gouffran and Marv seem like good guys ("decent blokes" if you need a translation)
  12. I had Colo, Cabaye and Ba shit. Remember how likable Ba was though with the strawberry syrup Would still say Colo, and probably HBA and Krul
  13. Some Spanish radio station saying Man Utd bid for Ander Herrera. Good on FM, that's all I know.

    Sunderland

Don't think Roma have any interest in selling, American owners and all that. Everton bid earlier in the summer, I doubt Bradley would jump at a chance to go to Sunderland when he knows better teams are interested/could be interested if he has a good World Cup. Sess will be a loss though, he was never as good as they made him out to be, but they're already pretty limited when it comes to creativity.
  15. I'm more surprised Hughton acknowledged he's aware of Troisi
  16. Good to hear, I know he was the leader at Montpelier, but seems to be much quieter/reserved on the pitch from my view on television. I think he'll be fine once he keeps playing consistently, especially next to Colo. More movement while he's on the ball would help too, there were several times he looked up and had nothing which resulted in turnovers. Still young, very promising.
  17. Basically it comes down to coaching at the youth level; in academies, in schools or clubs, and in the youth national team setup. Your ex-player pundits can say all they want about restricting foreign talent from coming in at youth or the top level but it's about accountability from the people at the top of the FA. They have to create a training method that is used from the beginning and they have make sure they're producing enough studied youth coaches every year. It's not about Premier League teams forcibly playing English players when they're not good enough for the good of the national team, or about not letting foreign kids coming over to train, it's not like a few signings from Europe and the English prospects are suddenly just ignored. If there's one thing about the English press and the cunts that run the FA is that there's always someone/something else to blame, the Premier League in this instance, when it is no one's fault buy their own.
  18. They have a soft back four, shit away from home, backup keeper, and on the back of a midweek extra time game. Absolutely no excuses here, we should comfortably beat them. Of course we won't though.
  19. Probably best for us Stevenage go out Onto Barca/Atletico
