i'm one of them like As am I. I wasn't even considering keeping him on if we went up for the longest time, but at this point, he's deserved a shot at it.
-
If we'd lost 2-0 he probably wouldn't have played like he did tonight, which would probably leave him open for criticism.

No one else to really put in there.

I've seen at least 20 people come out of the closet for Jose after that goal, including me.
-
Made the moment a bit better for me, actually.

As up as we can be.

Seriously, possibly my proudest moment as a fan. Just amazing.

Fucking fantastic. What a legend Jose is!

Fucking Jose. I'm seriously crying. Looks like Ashley went in for the kiss there.

Great fucking shot.

I might just take a draw.

Ah yes, the Bob Dylan halftime song.

I heard that too. It's funny also because the guy is commentating by himself and says some cringe-worthy things. It's the same for every Newcastle match on ESPN. Still, 46,000 for a Monday second divison match is astounding. This guy kills me everytime. I can't imagine it's an easy job as a one man commentating team.

They're pretty damn fast.

Can't believe we're finally here.

Wouldn't doubt he's holding Villa back right now, but he's also brought them this far.

Tough to want anyone to score in this game. Guess that just means I want a draw.

Another Galaxy game where Donovan makes crisp, clean passes that his teammates cant get too.
-
I believe the numbers ended up being better than Holland and Argentina, of notable countries.

did exactly the same, and exactly the same sort of thing happened! We just sat and loudly over-analysed the game, much to the confusion of a group of locals sat in front who seemed to think we were taking it far too seriously. That's possibly the dumbest thing about going to American sports. There have been a few times I'd be at are local NFL stadium for college bowl or championship games, and with 5 or so minutes left we'd try to move maybe 5 rows up because everyone had left. But still, they wouldn't let us go, not sure we're hurting in that situation, but oh well. It's worse if it happens at a supporters section too, that's supposed to be for anyone.

How is that Nigerian kid Ekpo? He looked decent in the Olympics. It's so difficult to tell how good people actually are when watching MLS. He looked decent, skilful, not a world-beater. Decision-making not always the best. I think if you look hard enough you'll be able to tell who's good enough to make it outside the MLS. Solely just looking at technical ability, which the MLS lacks, if people are getting by other players easily and the like, just look at how ugly if it is. It's pretty easy to tell if one player is that bar, or the other is that good.

Still haven't been to an MLS game yet, it an odd spot as Columbus, Chicago, and Toronto are all about 3 or 4 hours plus from me, too much for a one off MLS game, did go to the Gold Cup Final a few years ago though. As of now I've adopted Seattle as my team, just because they're the most fun to watch. That is, until a Detroit team arives.
