It wasn't until I was a teenager I started watching football outside of World Cups, but the first player I tried to emulate was Shevchenko. It was not conducive to my style of play at all

I don't doubt that he had decent ideas, but he was absolutely a dick about the way he went about it. You could see it from the first episode, the marketing/comms team was already fed up with him. There's a way better approach to getting the most out of people than being a coked up asshole. Complaining about people leaving at 4:59 ffs. Such an outdated opinion on how employees work.

In any other circumstances this would be enough to tell me it's happening, but it's just so hard to believe

Good thing I am uniquely equipped to emotionally handle a pandemic and a Newcastle takeover at the same time

Yeah if you can't finish it I dont see any other option but to let the table stand as is. Way too much has been played.

I wasn't around these parts during Milner's time but I remember some fans on other forums slating him every match. He was one of my favorite players his final year here.

Not just goal music, but horrific goal music

Good for him

Didn't realize Bradley Wright-Phillips was his son until a year ago, he looked about 10-15 years older than him
-
Surprised we even have someone with that title
-
Maybe we should just always play in Championship

Totally comparable situations, managing a club one year out of Europe and one with two relegations in less than 10 years
-
All credit to Gio Reyna for the assist there

Every plane from vaguely the Middle East that lands at Biggin Hill means the takeover is on

He followed anyone back in the day

was he not pushed into him? Seems like it should be a goal
-
that's not a red?

There's definitely pronunciation suggestions given by each player that goes in the Premier League media guide every season. Seems like most commentators say whatever the hell they want
-
Honestly if you challenge the keeper in that situation you deserve an elbow to the head

I enjoy him saying it wouldn't happen, but if it did happen it would be Man Utd, which would cost several billion and is loaded with debt. Looked at his twitter, found this gem in which he says they wouldn't make money investing in a football club (they absolutely would if they grew a club into a commercial success like Liverpool and Spurs), and that they would only invest in money spinners like...Uber, which lost $8+ billion last year. He also ends with saying this would only happen if there were real estate investments to be had, too, which is seemingly why the Reubens are involved Maybe he's right, I don't personally think we'll be takenover, but his opinions have plenty of holes in them.

Alphonso Davies has been up and down Bayern's left side all half. Not enjoying seeing him do it against Tyler Adams, but he has to be the best Canadian player ever already.
-
If Liverpool go unbeaten or break the points record surely it has to go to Klopp? It would be harsh on Wilder, but not sure you can ignore the best Premier League season put together if it happens.

By several accounts this is a person who's done business in SA before, including for that F1 race. Her simply knowing Kim Kardashian and Bloomberg writing a story about it because they knew people would read it means pretty much nothing to whether this bid is serious or not.
