Wilson looks well off the pace
-
Shouldn't laugh like but those two butchered that last post
-
Amazing difference 3 days makes, that bench looks brilliant Willock and Murphy could easily change the game coming on if needed
-
Swansea down to ten, Mackems been all over them first half hour. Interesting league the Championship, I think Ipswich will slip away and Leicester and Leeds go up automatically, Sunderland easily been the best team of the rest that I've seen this season so would back them for the play offs, if they beat Leeds they could even get 2nd imo.
-
That was so shit, just clear the fucking ball man. Useless
-
Man Utd are so shit man, think they'll nick a jammy 1 nil today mind, Fulham have fuck all up front, no goal threat when they're going forward at all in this first half
-
They've sold out today and sold more season tickets than ever before. As eye watering as the ticket prices are, and I appreciate it prices out the working class fan (though I question if Fulham really have many of those...) the fact the stadiums full dilutes thsir protest somewhat and means the powers that be won't be bothered one bit

Its an interesting one as I feel there are so many casual fans that support the big Prem clubs that don't have a clue about football outside the Premier league/what's on sky sports, hell even teams that arent the traditional big teams, so if they see Leicester v Leeds they automatically won't watch it because its not the premier league, even if it was Bournemout v Luton, probably wouldn't watch that either as it doesn't involve a "big" team. Even though bar our game, it'll probably be the best televised match of the weekend. I was in the pub the other week and two lads were in there talking, not the brightest and supported Man Utd, one lad asked his mate if Championship players can get called up to play in the internationals or if its just Prem players. His mate didn't know. How ignorant can you be man, it shocked me. But again that just shows, they probably only ever watch England games and it is just Prem players, there's no awareness of football outside the big teams and England.

We've nicked City's awesome sing from Sunday
-
Sensible line up, as annoying as it is to throw this game as at full strength I think we'd beat them comfortably, Arsenal and Dortmund are bigger games coming up.
-
Yeah they are but it's not just them, can't remember the last entertaining game I watched, I only see myself fully watching our games and that's because I'm invested obviously. Every other game I've seen this season has just been boring, even when there's been goals, I think it's just so tactical these days thats it's diluted it so much. Even last week, on the surface Chelse 2-2 Araenal sounds like a really good game, but it wasn't.
-
Shit game this, find myself saying that more and more when watching Prem games, especially this season. Its just so dull
-
Against a better side City could be 2 nil down already here, they're there for the taking, not convinced by them yet at all
-
Think Man Utd will beat City today unfortunately. They're shite but still have a decent record of beating City last few years and with it being early in the season its the best time to play them, City haven't looked that good for a few weeks now.
-
Doubt it was as extreme as that, but Wolves is the shittest away end in the league, so hard to make a proper atmosphere when you're all so spread out and it's just a grim place in general
-
I agree, just hate being beat by fucking Man Utd as if we had a fully fit squad we'd beat them
-
Yeah the first 11 is still really good, problem is we've got this, Man Utd Wednesday and then Arsenal Saturday, realistically this side won't be able to be at their best for all 3 of them, after tonight one of them is a write off
-
Yeah it can be done faster, I just think in general mind. I don't have a solution for it but offside was brought in to stop goal hanging and attackers gaining an advantage by being so far ahead of the defender. Being a millimeter in front, a toe, a finger etc, you're not gaining any advantage whatsoever but are still technically offside. The whole rule is shit.
-
It's just bullshit, offside was never brought in for such millimeter decisions like that, it's about gaining an advantage, if your foot is 1cm in front of the defender I don't care what anyone says, you haven't gained an advantage from that, it's bollocks.

Some fucker needs to come and buy Jack Clarke by the sounds of it, too good for these and annoying how he keeps getting them results. Lose him and Roberts and theyd be done.
-
Yeah I didn't get to the Tuesday night rearranged last season but will try this one whenever it is. Had a really good time at Hebburn last season so be interesting to see how Dunston is, it's good craic following Non League, I've been getting more into following Town over the last couple seasons. Yeah proper good set up at Worksop, went there when Grantham played them last season and aside from the result was a good day out, had a chat to a few of their fans and ended up in hospitality after the match with them, good lads and side and getting some really good crowds. Definitely on the up and have a fair bit if money so it's exciting times for their fans.

Simon Thomas is absolutely dreadful
-
Yep - can't stand Rooney myself so would be delighted to see him fail but I do feel really sorry for the Birmingham fans. They were going really well as well, no tactical, track record or footballing reason to bring Rooney in at all by the Birmingham owners other than wanting a "big name" for their play thing.
-
Southampton 2 Birmingham 0 - looking like an inspired decision to sack off Eustace
-
Not sure what to watch, Chelsea/Brentford feels routine home win unfortunately, they've picked up last few weeks Chelsea. Whereas Southampton v Birmingham will probably be closer and more intriguing with Rooney etc
