Derby going to miss out on the play offs, Peterborough getting in, Darren Ferguson done a good job since going back there for the 700th time. Will end up getting the job full time next season and then get sacked half way through the season as usual I imagine. Spent/spend quite a bit of time in Peterborough so always keep an interest in the club, feels like they're always on the cusp of becoming a lower Championship side but can just never push on when they get there, even with all the big sides being in League One over the last few years they're always right up there, can just never stay in the Championship.

Next season every season ticket holders is just going to buy a cup ticket even if they can't go aren't they, going to be a lot of spares floating around once it's sold out

Aye we know we're a bigger club than them, and if they do come up we'll probably beat them home and away, and we're going go be in the Champions League. If I was a neutral I would 100% be thinking we'd win, and win comfortably. Also say we were 10th but had won 5 of our last 6, I'd be convinced we'd win the game. But because there's such high stakes on it and finishing 4th is in our grasp, which I never dreamed about this season, it just makes me think we won't win. Its not logical but it's so weird. It's the constant years of being shit, even with a great team the belief just isn't quite there yet. My best mate is a Spurs fan and he's fully expecting us to batter them, doesn't see them winning in any scenario. Hopefully he's right, my gut is just feeling a defeat today.

In the play offs if they win tomorrow, another good day of results it's looking like for them. Need WBA to beat them tomorrow, still right in there mind even if that happens now, everyone around there just don't seem to ever fucking win

Said in the other thread I think if Spurs beat us tomorrow then Liverpool will get the top 4. Liverpool have the easiest fixtures of probably anyone left, fancy them to win them all aside from possibly Villa, we have decent ish fixtures but Everton and Leeds away could be tricky depending on how rabid it is, more worried about Everton than Leeds, Chelsea away last game is really tough too, I know they're rubbish but we have an awful record there. If we win tomorrow we're almost there, gives us room to drop a few points, but yeah Liverpool 100% the main concern again now

The Championship is a poor league in general. It's an absolute myth about the quality of that league, it's entertaining usually because of how tight it usually is and anyone can beat anyone etc, the fact there's 3 games left and at least 8 teams have a shot of the play offs and about 8 in with a chance of getting relegated to is brilliant but the standard is poor. We found that out when we were down there, both times we were pretty shit and still managed to win the league, comfortably won the league first time despite not looking great in loads of games. Second time around under Rafa we should have been nowhere near winning the league the way we were performing if there was a few more decent sides.
