I have a soft spot for keepers so I'm actually beaming with pride for Karius. Just saw a video where the Mancs cunts kept the ball and jeering him and he just calmly waits for it and not retaliate. True pro and glad he was able to makes good,decent stops and ensure the scores were kept low. Great lad.

Is anyone on here good with finding stats? I'm not, but I really want to know whether there has been a drop in the number of attempts at goal from outside the penalty box by us post-world cup. At the top of my head, the last time we scored from range was Bruno at Southampton and Willock against Chelsea at home. We are trying to play the ball around the box without any shots ending the move. Its utterly frustrating and I'm sure this was not the case before the World Cup. What has changed in our policy for shooting from range?

I went on a few threads after the game last night and said we are not having shots at goal as we had previously and this guy is one of them. Many chances to pull the trigger, instead he either further dribbles it or passes it. He has the ability. Look at his goals against Watford last season and againts Wolves earlier this season. Don't know why he is not doing it anymore.

Find it incredibly frustrating that we cannot break off our contracts with Castore. Absolutely shit kit suppliers that we need to be with because of a contract. The shit quality itself should be a violation of the contract, like.

Think I'm quite comfortable with us being the underdog now. Had we been favourites, these players would have been under massive pressure to deliver. And had it been against a lesser calibre team and we did not win when we were expected to, then we'd probably be a bit down in morale towards the end of the season run-in. Now that we're the underdog, the lads can play to their absolute limit with slightly less pressure. Say we win, it'll be a great achievement and a reflection of the club's overall change and improvement these oast 18 months or so. Say we do not get the result we want, hopefully it gives the players and coaching team added hunger and motivation for us to try achieve the highest place finish possible at the end of the season.

Im no stats guy but have we stopped taking shots from outside the box after the world cup? Can remember plenty of goals from range pre world cup, Schar vs Forest, Miggy numerous times, Wilson vs Spurs, Bruno vs Brentford and Southampton, ASM vs Wolves, Willock vs Chelsea to name a few.

Are we discussing the merits of appealing so that it delays the start of the suspension? If we're to appeal because we think it may get overturned, that's bonkers.
