  1. Hopes he can see how useless crossing the ball into the box is for us.

    Joe Willock

I feel Willock is the sort of player that needs to be dropped once in a while to recharge his hunger and motivation. Try to manage that. Look how Son took it today. To be fair, Willock found his form again last season after a few games being left out. Whether now is the time to drop him? Probably not on today's showing but for the past few games, then maybe yes. He is a good player no doubt but can also slow things down when he is not on-song.
  3. Absolutely this. Don't get how they let Kasper go and got this absolute ghost in goal. Also buying that shit Colocini looks a shit decision so far.
  4. Really frustrating that we look like we heavily rely on ASM and Wilson. Would have wanted the others in the team to show they are also matchwinners but our midefield, apart from Bruno are so uncreative. Have to say it, we do miss Shelvey. When Bruno has his off day or just getting his feet back today, and without ASM, we are toothless. And even then, ASM has his off days too. Shelvey is there to pick a pass. Yes, he will not be doing what Big Jow or what Bruno can do, but he certainly can bring creativity that others in there can't. We should also have gone in again for Maddisson or another CM in the window. What we have, will run its course. Need to freshen it up once a while.
  5. The amount of time the crosses we put in the box and is cleared by the Bournemouth defence is infurtiating.
  6. That all started when we couldn't stop their player taking ghe ball .
  7. After watching what Ben Foster said about us and how we treated and offered him a contract, boggles my mind that Dubs wanted out of the club so fast and to become a no.2 or not even that at another club.

    St James' Park

Probably not but it's ultimately a sacrifice that may need to be made. Remember, we only had a 36k capacity during the Keegan years. Thousands were not able to watch us. I
  9. Wonder why even go through the trouble of the negotiations? Surely you lot have a reserve keeper that can play the League Cup and get some experience? Didn't Fergie do that all the time previously? Giving the young players a run out in the Coca-Cola Cup?

    St James' Park

Since the day after our takeover, I have always hoped that we could actually try and improve Gateshead International. Increase a bit of the capacity with some temporary stands (perhaps even safe standing stands) and get it up to PL standards. Perhaps 30-35k if possible. Play there for a maximum of 2 season. Knockdown SJP and do whatever we want with it at its current location. We have owners who are building a new city in the middle of a fucking desert. Surely, they can get the best architechts, engineers, construction companies to build a football stadium in 2 years or less. Once complete, we move in. Gateshesd International can be scaled down in capacity but will be at a PL standard condition. It gives something back to them for letting us play there. Heck, let them be our first opponents in our first game back in the new SJP.
  11. Actually, I went back to the cunt's previous thread to check this out as I was pretty sure I was livid with him at that time. And the timeline was: Thursday 7 October - Takeover complete Friday 8 October - Scheduled day off training for the players and the twat decided to stay home and get kebabs instead of welcoming and meeting the new owners. Amanda went back down to London after her plans were ruined by her new employee's lack of interest to alter plans and meet her. Saturday 9 October - more kebabs Sunday 10 October - final lap of kebab marathon Monday 11 October - turns up for 'training' just after 11. Training in the afternoon as well as meeting new owners. So this lazy bastard did not meet the new owners until after the weekend we got tookover. I think Rafa called in the players for afternoon training on his 1st day of the job eventhough it was their scheduled off day.
  12. The fuck is his fascination with hand grenades? What does he mean anyways? Weird wordy cunt. Has always been like that with his words to avoid talking the factual truth. Does he still interrupt people when doing interviews?
  13. Can't wait for Champions League nights with us back in it. Hopefully soon.
  14. That Chelsea match is going to be tasty as fuck. 5.30pm Saturday evening, last match before the World Cup. Hopefully get Arsenal levels of participation from the crowd and a performance from our players. I kind of remember a rumour the FA wanted their players from the big 6 not playing that final round of fixures before the World Cup.

    Plane spotting

We bringing a new signing in? The usual flight tracking site is down.
  16. Someone spilled some ink on that? Anyways, imho, should there be any added colours to an England shirt, it should always be red or a red and blue combo. The one above is trying to replicate the Euro 96 kit but looks a right mess.
  17. I would have thught the Bournemouth game maybe in jeopardy as the funeral would be the next day most likely.
  18. I had a funny feeling when they were 0-1 down to West Ham at the weekend that if Tuchel doesn't string some results soon, never know how their new American owner would react, especially with the amount of money they splashed for new signings. They're a mess and losing to Zagreb was proof of it. Missing a Russian billionaire Chleski fans?
  19. He was better for us at defending than attacking in his 2nd spell here. Remember that when Bruce did put him on, he was the one to usually head out or clear away a corner or a set piece. Shame he is slow as fuck as he could transition into a defender had he had some pace.
