We simply need atleast 2-3 players in each position if we want to move forward and upwards. We can't just be relying on our first 11. Any injury or suspension to the likes of Big Jo or Bruno, and we are fucked. Yes the backups we have in Willock, Shelvey, Murphy and Miggy aren't as good perhaps but until we can add higher quality players, we can't be selling any decent players we currently have and I include Miggy as one. Maybe ina season or two, bigger names can be attracted but we must have atleast a decent and reliable 2nd 11 for the time being.

We can't afford or attract the top tier keepers yet so Dubs and Pope should be good to maintain our current progress. Dubs should still be no.1 choice but Pope can be the regular keeper in the cups and if Dubs gets injured or is out of form. Pope is better than Darlow, Woodman and Gillespie. Happy to get him instead of Henderson.
