Do we reckon he'll be first choice LB this season, or that he'll share it with Kelly?
-
Sounds silly I know, but a mess because the club are trying to compete as quickly as possible, is much more appealing than a mess due to self sabotage like under previous owners, at least this mess comes from a good place

If you could create or add a random rule to football even if it'd be silly and not work in reality, what would it be? For me, I would add a rule that if you win a free-kick on Penalty you have to be the one that takes it, would add a completely different type of jeopardy.

Who's the Comms on this Spain game? He's decent.

We as a fanbase massive undervalue our players, Archie Gray is going for £35m and hasn't had any Premier League experience, unlike Anderson.
-
So he compared this situation to city selling Foden, that's a comparison like. I don't even know what people are arguing about at this point tbh
-
TCD did compare him to Phil Foden yesterday in fairness

10 Goals in 27 games (Admittedly only 17 starts) in the Eredivisie is half decent. Bare in mind a 33 year old Luuk de Jong scored 29 goals in 34 matches last season in the same division.

I mean, sure, its all about mindset, but the way people are going on, are like he's the next best thing in World football when the jury is very much out. He could be, but he could also turn out to be the opposite, this fee is ridiculous for one half decent season in a non-top 5 league, and is really good business from the club imo. Also, didn't mean to insult your league

The way people are going about Minteh, you'd think he was the second coming of Messi, and not someone who has had a half decent season in a Championship level league
-
I'm over this transfer window already like and it's only been open 15 days
-
The return of Chris Wood.
-
It's funny, how if you look at the facts he's worth more then Minteh. Anderson has had over 50 games at Premier League level, has proven to be tactically adept, can play in multiple positions, has elite stats and has improved year on year, was getting touted for England earlier in the year, and has high potential. Minteh has had a good if not spectacular season in the Netherlands in which the Feyernord fans weren't that fussed with him.

£35m, is an insane deal, as much as I want the guy to stay, as I think he could be a great player, you can't really turn that down. Pure profit too which covers us for a while wouldn't it?
-
Ah man, really didn't want him to go, think he had loads of potential. PSR fucking sucks. Having to sell an academy graduate to appease some arbitrary set of rules
-
It's done by censor with semi automatic offside I'm fairly certain, so they can track exactly the moment the ball hits a player.
-
Removing the whole "He has family here so why would he want to move" thing, which is completely valid. It's not like he was turning down a move from Italy or Spain, it was Saudi fucking Arabia, a country which has an appalling humans rights record, persecutes women, and generally probably isn't a nice place to be. I wouldn't want to live their for any price, let alone if I'd have to bring family over. Honestly, people just see players and cells on a spreadsheet that can be moved at will and not human being that have lives and morals, with families they have to look after.
-
I mean I get why it's annoying, but that is factually offside.

Feel for Anderson these last two minutes

Can't believe someone compared Minteh to Foden like, that's wild
-
Howay man, that's clearly not the case, and a vast over over exaggeration of Minteh's abilities, I get you rate him, but that's way over the top. Besides they sold Cole Palmer, Ferran Torres and the like over the years
