One thing he's not getting much praise for is for how good we've been defensively, in the last 5 games we've only conceded 3 goals, given his reputation when he first came in, that year off has clearly taught him a few things.

The difference between now, and after the Watford game is incredible. 5 unbeaten, 3 wins on the spin. Moving on up. In each we've shown different qualities too, against Everton we bullied them for the entire game, today was really competitive and had to be resolute in defense and absorb some pressure, to see the game out. Team has confidence, team is fighting for each other, and we have a smart articulate manager. We're in a really good position now. Two for me.

That was such a good half, not necessarily due to the quality, but just due to how competitive we are, we're competing for every ball, getting high up the pitch and creating chances, if we end up losing I know its not due to a lack of effort, and thats all I can ask for, it's literally night and day to a couple months back. Both team are creating a good game too, Villa have a good team, and always seem like they could be a threat. This feels like it should be a game between teams competing for Europa League places.

Nervous about this, feels like a proper crash down to earth type game.
