Burn would be in to replace Clark so not sure what this means

What a fucking idiot. In a way its a shame the way its ending here for him, as he has been a decent servant for us, got us promoted, helped stabilize us in the first season back and up until the middle of last season I would have said he was somewhat reliable as a 4th/5th choice CB, but like most things were under Ashley he is well past his sell by date, and should have gone 2 years ago. If he had done, i'd imagine he'd have been remembered somewhat fondly, not as the absolute joker he is now.

Going from ASM being our only attacking outlet, to then having Trippier, Lingard and Nketiah on the other side would be massive in the way we attack, and how other teams try and contain us, and thats not even considering the impact of having Bruno in the team, and two ball playing CB's.

Doesn't make is a bad signing though, and its probably more representative of where we are right now.

People seem to sleep on Burn, by all accounds he's a very good defender, and plays in a team that likes to keep the ball.

I still think we'll end up with Lingard on loan to be honest and if we do, I think we'll have enough firepower to stay up, and adds a completely different avenue of attack, especially if we have someone like Nketieh up top.

Look at us actually sending people over to talk to players in person, and not look aghast at the price of a plane ticket.
