    On this day...

7 Years since Henri Saivet started a random Premier League game and gave the ball away leading to a goal, and scored a worldie, all in the first 10 minutes.
  2. Dates have been confirmed for Newcastle United's two-legged Carabao Cup semi-final against Arsenal. United comfortably beat Brentford 3-1 on Wednesday to book their place in the last four, where they have been drawn against the Gunners. The Magpies will travel to the Emirates Stadium for the first leg, which it has now been announced will take place on Tuesday, 7th January, with kick-off set for 8pm GMT. And the return leg at St. James' Park is now scheduled for Wednesday, 5th February, with kick-off in that game set for 8pm GMT. Any further relevant details will be confirmed in due course.

Make it 76k so we have the biggest stadium in the league.
  4. Just a thought, but for the home Ipswich game, I really hope Wor Flag pick that game to do a massive Sir Bobby display.
  5. Only one home win all matchday, wonder how often that happens.
  6. Like an ice hockey game this, Spurs will be pulling the keeper any moment now
  7. Referee: Anthony Taylor. Assistants: Ian Hussin, Neil Davies. Fourth official: Leigh Doughty. VAR: Graham Scott. Assistant VAR: Mark Scholes.
  8. Fulham drawing at home to the worst side in the league is a bit of a touch in the short term.
  9. Everton drawing 0-0 with Arsenal and Chelsea back to back is pure Dycheball at its finest. I'm here for it.
  10. They have three home games out of four, and their only away game is Chelsea
  11. So what you're saying is... All the poor signings = Eddie All the good signings = Backroom staff Got it.

  16. As anything, it's nuanced, Ornstein may be the best journalist out there, but he's still a journalist, who have agendas and deadlines to write, and when we've seen people like Hope and Jacobs write articles for clicks and to stir shit I can see why people are untrusting to the media, even if I don't subscribe to it. To be honest them claims can be amplified for those journalists who are based in London who have links to the bigger clubs. Personally I think this is basically a non-story, Ornstein even mentions in the article its normal process for clubs to do this. So to be honest, I'm not sure why people are so emotional one way or another.
  17. I'm not sure what this means, but people blindly backing there club to the hilt is something that a load of fans do, and have done for generations.
  18. People in being loyal to their football club shocker.
