  1. Henderson to Forest for £15m+5m in add ons by the sounds of it.
  2. We're doubling his wages. Still saving £12m a year from De Gea's contract though.
  3. Euro. Seems perfectly reasonable to me for a top tier keeper who's style of play fits perfectly with Ten Hag's philosophy. I'm delighted with it. Still need a striker though. Heard Felix on loan is being explored. Can't believe Buffon is still the third most expensive keeper ever.
  4. Maguire stripped of captaincy.
  5. Another £1m to our striker budget.
  6. Nope. They first quoted €81m.
  7. Wrexham seem awfully short at 5/6 to get back to back promotions.

    Harvey Barnes

Aye I like him. Would have preferred he went to someone else.

    Harvey Barnes

In the season that followed Sancho had more G&A per 90 than Barnes did. Just to let you know. Do think Barnes is a bargain at £35m mind and people need to realise you have 4 competitions to contend with this season. This adds quality depth. Good signing.
  10. No I just think the people in charge of transfers and negotiations are tragic and have been for a long time.
  11. Aye we generally struggle to sell. The only time in recent memory we got a good fee for someone we didn't want was £25m for Dan James.
  12. What is this? Don't think we've sold a player for more or equal to their value in about 20 years.
  13. He's a bit shit. Really promising when he broke into the team, but he was dreadful every time he stepped on to the pitch last season.
  14. Sounds great in theory, but without the reinforcements we fall behind our rivals, almost certainly fail to qualify for the CL and in turn lose a lot of money causing FFP issues next year too. You have to keep the pace. Looks like Onana will be done for £46m including add-ons, Mount will be £55m. His add ons won't be triggered as they require us to win the league twice. Leaves either zero or £14m for a striker based on differing reports. You would think after shifting Henderson (£20m), Williams (£5m), Elanga (£5m), Bailly (£2m), Telles (£2m) and Van de Beek (£10m) there's enough money there for a striker, which looks like it'll be Hojlund.
  15. 25% wage increase is true on a lot of the older contracts. Also a 25% deduction for not qualifying for the CL. Maguire has had two increases and two decreases. Article is therefore nonsense, as he's on the same wage when he signed.
  16. Makes sense. We're definitely interested in him, but he's our third choice after Onana and Bijlow.
  17. It was reported pretty heavily a few weeks ago. £45m was the fee. Don't think he has what it takes to be a winger in the Premier League.
  18. Just realised what our plan might be for a striker...
  19. It wasn't that they weren't going to sell, it was that they were going to sell a smaller stake to Ratcliffe allowing them to keep just under 20% of the club.
  20. Keeper is important now too and Onana would be a brilliant signing with how good he is with the ball at his feet. Would say the plan is to sell one or two of Fred/McTominay/Van de Beek as well as Henderson, Williams, Telles and Bailly. Whatever we get for them is the striker budget.
  21. I thought they were initially. It's dragged on so long now I've genuinely got no idea. I think what they're getting offered now is walk away money. If they don't take what's being offered now then I'd say they're here until they die. No, but that's not the reason why the Glazers are hated. Many more levels to it than that but people quote what we've spent and suggest we should be grateful to have them despite them costing Manchester United billions of pounds.
