If ever there was a statement signing for Saudi, this is it. It would be utterly depressing mind. €150m asking price for Mbappe. He's going to have a lot of suitors, but he probably has already decided to go to Madrid.
-
He's good. We need better than good.
-
Looks like we've pulled out of negotiations for Hojlund and going for Ramos instead.
-
Nah. Garnacho is already quality. He'll be a great player.
-
Delighted. He's not good.

Didn't have anywhere near a league 1 side. They have a few players who have had a scattering of appearances in league 1. 5/6 is very short for back to back promotions whatever way you look at it. Don't even think they've signed anyone yet.

Genuinely incomprehensible to me that someone wouldn't think Bruno is world class. Even from a pure numbers standpoint, since he joined us he has 60+ goals and 50+ assists. Only one other player in the top five leagues has more. Some little Argentinian fella. Can't remember his name. Casemiro has helped a lot at the same time. We've been crying out for a DM for years and Fernandes has been doing all the defending as well as the attacking. Fernandes created the most chances and big chances last year out of anyone. His xA was 16.31 against actual assists of 8. If you go and watch a compilation of him last year almost all the clips end up with Weghorst or Rashford missing the chance. Everyone thinks Rashford was amazing last year as well but he wasted a lot of chances and Weghorst is obviously a big pile of shite. Fernandes' numbers with someone like Kane/Haaland up top would be frightening. Really hope Hojlund can do the business.

He's not even close. Source: watched every minute they both played last year. Casemiro started brilliant, but wasn't even that good when we came back from the second suspension, and actually cost us points in places. Fernandes is on another level. I don't think people understand just how good he is and how important he is for us. People just seem to turn a blind eye to his contribution since he joined us. It's genuinely staggering.

His attitude is the reason he's captain. People obviously don't watch our games and make stuff up, which is fine and part of football, but it's a bit tiring. He's a whinge, like 90% of footballers, but he's also a leader on the pitch, has incredible workrate, is one of the best players in the world and one of the best players we've ever had. Not sure I've ever seen someone so criminally underrated because people dislike them. He's also never injured and available for every single game. Mental people think Casemiro should be captain ahead of him when 1) he isn't as good as Fernandes and 2) he missed half the season due to a lack of discipline.

I'll take things that never happened for $500 Alex.
-
That was entirely down to the owners of said clubs.
-
We were linked with him before the injury when Wan Bissaka was playing dogshit and the fee touted was £35-40m. Chelsea were interested too and apparently had a buy back clause of £38m. £30m is only expensive because of the potential injury effects IMO. Similar break out season to Wan Bissaka and we paid £47m for him although Palace didn't get relegated.

Too slow Fabrizio.

Looks like Diaby has chosen Villa.
-
Either 300 or 325. Two decent sources reporting both figures so not sure which.
-
Just for his fitness while he finds a new club. Probably ahead of Maguire already though.
-
Going to be one hell of a title race if that's the prerequisite for a credible title challenge. Lots of teams involved. Wouldn't be expecting a title challenge this season though. But would be nice to get close to City.

£10m fee. Not bad these PIF lads. Hojlund bid coming in.
-
I can see Greenwood being reintegrated with our squad as well. Possibly a year on loan and then coming back. The fact the charges were dropped and he now has a child with the girl in question, I can see the PR teams working overtime to try and repair his image.
-
Telles to Saudi. Apparently over £5m fee as well. Was expecting £2m or less so that's nice.
-
Just seen the news now. Talking about actual
-
Assuming we're talking about a former City player, I've already seen some crazy posts from Depay and Vini Jr. about it, It is a tricky situation though at the same time.
-
Based on my very subtle ellipsis, it could have been a club playing in black and white.
-
Rashford agreed a new deal. He apparently had bigger offers from another team in England...
-
£42m for Onana, offset a little by £15m for Henderson, then a saving of £335k a week on wages. I feel very positive about a deal for once.
