Think WHU are probably going to have a pretty good season. They have a nice balance in midfield, Alvarez DM, Ward - Prowse as the all rounder and Paqueta more the attacking one.

I imagine both clubs will pick second choice sides, most teams have around 8 or 9 changes from the league games. Rather play them early on than in the final.

When Howe wins something with us he can be called great, at the moment he’s looking good but as a team and a club there are still big steps to make.

He is a good manager but whether he's the great manager we are going to need we will have to wait and see.

I think Bruno, Tonali and Anderson is the best balanced midfield we have, hopefully it get's tried out soon.

Nunez is like Isak in that he looks for space from out wide and he has serious pace. Isak is a much better dribbler. Neither are CF's

I don't disagree that we would be a better team with Maddison and Diaby in it.

Now this is the truth. Isak is a fine player but he is not a CF and never will be. He's a Nunez using his pace and dribbling from wide to get behind the defense. Howe needs to find a way to play Isak and Wilson together and not by playing Isak as a Left Winger.

I don't think he's an elite manager and I don't think he'll take us to where the supporters and owner's want us to be. Just my opinion. Hope I'm wrong.

Barnes should have replaced Gordon and Gordon (or Barnes) should have replaced Almiron who was pants.

Hope that Hall is the player we all hope he is, because we need another LB on the pitch and quickly.

This above is the most important bit. Players should be warned away from social media in all its abhorrent forms, if they insist in interreacting with the various dickheads on there, don't start whining because you disagree with what you've just read. Gordon is going to be left out for Barnes I hope we need someone who can score goals. There are no goals in a Joe and Joe combination or very little anyhow.

We don't seem to have any interest in buying a 6, not sure why as everyone else at the top in Europe has a dedicated defensive midfielder. In fact as it was mentioned above we don't have either a particularly defensive midfielder or attacking one.
