If we just play Isak we play without a CF without a focal point. He's a fluid auxiliary striker, he likes dropping deep and running into space, he's not someone who is going to hang around in the penalty area like Wilson. We need to play them both or suffer the consequences.

The idea of Wilson or Isak starting doesn't really stand up as they are such different players. Isak is better when the play brakes up and he has space to run into from deeper very similar to ASM. Wilson is more of a penalty box predator. Wilson is a CF, Isak an auxiliary or second striker like Joao Felix. If we insist on playing Isak as a CF nobody will come out of it looking good.

Absolutely this, we look shite and have done since the restart. ASM has certainly had the flair coached out of him, he hasn't tried to take his man on once. Without Bruno we don't look as we have a clue what we are trying to do. If Bournemouth play as badly as they often do we might be alright.

We have looked fucked for a while now and as the bench is so weak there are very few options in terms of team selection. As good as the first half of the season was the second half is likely to be pretty painful. Probably won't lose too many as defensively we are still solid but I can see a lot of draws and as long as Chelsea and Liverpool stay shit we will probably finish around 6th with Brighton who are better than us in 5th. Hope I'm wrong.
