  1. So Dubravka played 90 minutes, Lewis apparently played well against Italy, Shaar played both games for the Swiss and even Hendrick apparently looked good for Ireland, maybe there is hope for all of them.
  2. If he was stood on the goal line he couldn't tap in 20 even served on a plate. Can't finish at all.

Are we going to get a professional women’s team with our new owners now in place?

  5. Well there's 3 and maybe a sneaky 4th in Hendrick.
  6. It's not great timing for Howe in that most of the players he might be thinking of bringing in are away on international duty.
  7. We could learn a lot from the crowd at Everton today, they are loud and rabid and very supportive
  8. Richie, Clark and Hayden combining, who would have thought it.
  9. It will take a miracle and some very clever and early buying in January to keep this bunch of absolutely useless fuckers up.
  10. Is a pen. Clark brain dead but we knew that already.
  11. Villarreal manager Unai Emery, 50, turned down a move to Newcastle because the club wanted a clause in his contract which would allow them to sack him if the Magpies are relegated at the end of the season. (Daily Mirror) If the Howe deal does collapse the club should come out and explain why. If people are being unreasonable in their demands name and shame them.
  12. Bedwetter. There's a few on here at the moment, I'm going to call you all out.

  15. Pretty irrelevant the last few pages if he’s not coming.
  16. If he's right let's hope that they have a good plan B. This is not very coherent or l impressive from our new owners so far, in fact if Emery does turn us down it's downright incompetence and doesn't bode well for the future. They really need to get a DOF in quickly as none of them appear qualified to make any football related decisions.
  17. He's young and much better than anything we have already and he's comfortable as a RB or a RWB. We have to start improving somewhere and he's a realistic target as Norwich will sell if we put in a reasonable offer. he might not want to come this shambles of course.
  18. The deal to sign Max Aarons from Norwich in January should already be signed and sealed if anyone at the club knows what they are doing.
  19. Italy's central defenders were all fantastic players and they generally still are. The only one Belgium have had is Kompany and he retired ages ago.
  20. So Martinez. Everton, Swansea and Wigan was a long time, he played nice attacking football not always successfully. There is constant criticism that he has underperformed with Belgium and can't organise a defense. He plays with 3 CB's like NUFC do because they are all relatively hopeless and if he plays a flat back 4 they are completely exposed, like us. His choices are Toby Alderweireld is the first-choice right-sided centre-back in the back three, with Jan Vertonghen on the left, while the central position previously occupied by now-retired Vincent Kompany is likely to be filled by one of Thomas Vermaelen, Jason Denayer or Dedryck Boyata. Nobody could win a World Cup or Euro's with such an aging poor set of defenders to choose from. England's central defenders are not much better and we can't win fuck all either. Martinez is probably not the best manager out there but he might be the best one currently available. If he gets the job I'll be 100% behind him.
  21. Newcastle are interested in Real Madrid and Germany's 31-year-old midfielder Toni Kroos. (El Nacional - in Spanish) The Magpies aren't concerned by Aaron Ramsey's wage demands as they consider signing the 30-year-old Wales midfielder from Juventus in January. (Tuttosport, via Mirror) Newcastle want Ajax boss Erik ten Hag to be the club's new manager but face a struggle to convince him to move. (Mirror)
  22. Almiron runs around a lot, no end product at all. Schar cant defend and completely undisciplined. Fernandez old and slow. Willock, have you seen him play this season? Lewis fuck knoiws what's wrong with him and Joe Linton well nobody'd defending him I hope. That's the reality.
  23. There is a lot of shit posted in here obviously by people who haven't watched us play for the last couple of seasons. If they had they were stop talking about picking our better players as if Almiron, Lewis, Schar, Fernandez, Willock, joe fucking Linton are better than who we have starting. They aren't. We have one good player Wilson, and one who might be good ASM if he could be arsed.
  24. We need more than a new manager, Pep couldn't keep these useless fuckers up. We need to buy or loan a fuck load of players in January or we are going down.
