  1. He might be better but Perez was a lot more effective for us than ASM has been, goals and assists.
  2. Hendrick might be more likely to get us a goal or two.
  3. We certainly won’t be getting 60m, maybe 30m for his potential. His scoring and assist stats are shit like Almiron
  4. Newcastle United may turn to Chelsea and England midfielder Ross Barkley, 27, if they fail to sign his compatriot Joe Willock, 21, from Arsenal. (The Athletic - subscription required) Leicester City midfielder Hamza Choudhury, 23, is pushing for a loan move to Newcastle. The former England Under-21 international sees it as a chance to play regular first-team football. (Northern Echo)
  5. I voted again no problem and this time the magic number is 11, crash, drown and burn you fuckers.
  6. Voted 9 but I'd like to change it to a 10 as I definitely want us to lose every game and get relegated. Crash and Burn.
  7. I hope nobody is suggesting that Pep is still some kind of tactical genius. he has no plan B and after the Champions League final he's lucky he wasn't sacked. He's TT bitch despite the fact that City have much better players than Chelsea,
  8. More to the point is why are morons posting their twatter shit on here.
  9. We haven’t done anything that’s the problem. No meaningful protests since Ashley arrived. What happened to the most violent and aggressive fan base in the country that we had in the 70’s and early 80’s. Tamed and turned into pussies apparently.
  10. Any idea why Ashley didn't accept the offer of independent arbitration? It seems pretty damning that he didn't.
  11. Shouldn't be allowed to loan players without the intention of buying them IMO.
  12. It doesn't get mentioned much on here but surely in an ideal world nobody wants the fucking Saudi's owning our club?
  13. As long as you understand that this is not a NUFC supporters thread you'll be okay. Most people on here don't support this iteration of NUFC and many of us actively hope that we lose when we are playing. Crash and burn until there is a takeover.
  14. Definitely. England have so many good young attacking players and yet Southgate doesn't play them or hardly at all. He's shit
  15. Not with Southgate as manager. It will be under performing again, negative, defensive, dull.
  16. Serves England right. Southgate that defeat is on you with your nasty negative defensive football throughout the tournament. Imagine bringing on Rashford and Sancho not to try and win the game in normal time, but to try and win on penalties. Fuck ya.
  17. It really is like watching a negative NUFC performance whether under Pardew, Rafa or Bruce. Get the lead and then hang on for the rest of the game and hope they don't get a goal. No attempt at all to try and get a second. The momentum is completely with the Italians and they look much more likely to go on and win it now that we do.
  18. Very deep and defensive now. It's either going to be a defensive master class or they are going to get us.
  19. It's an incredibly negative selection presumably the idea is to get deep into the second half still level and then put Sancho and Grealish on and try and win it.
  20. English people, obviously not all of them, are such a bunch of wankers.
  21. If England are to lose, Pickford having a shocker would be glorious. He's a liability, sooner or later it's going to cost England.
  22. When Dave and some of the other lost souls from this forum come back the takeover will happen.
  23. I don't see how anybody can dispute this. This is the only issue that has ever really mattered, the rest just noise. Until The Saudi's put up the various people who would have control in any way over what might happen at NUFC whether they be in the shadows or not the takeover doesn't get waved through. Even if the Saudi's are prepared to put people forward they would then have to pass the OD test. If the PL stick to their guns I don't see how this happens, unless the government are prepared to back them into a corner which they seem reluctant to do.
