He's by far the worst ref I've seen on a consistent basis... Doesn't seem to understand the game or be able to read players at all...

Will be there... Another ground to tick off the list though I've heard it's more of a shack... -
Quite funny

If you want somewhere cheaper the Monkey Bar aka Market Lane normally has the early KO's on...
-
Just a heads up for you and others travelling to this game... Be on your guard as it's going to get naughty by all accounts with a few of the old guard hooligans preparing to sort out their differences after the attack on our fans in the pre-season tournament in Germany... Can't say too much but heard it on good authority things are in motion... Would avoid wearing your colours for this game... Stay safe

Howard Webb making refereeing up as he goes along... No change there then...

It needs to be shared... Was a great shot together

That must've been Raylor's dad! Can someone upload!?

I wonder when he gives out his three envelopes at the end of the season if one of them will have his own name inside...
-
Love it when Raylor breaks into a smile.........

I see Harry Roberts has been released... One for the older fans no doubt

it was a fair amount for the time (not by modern standards obviously) damned if I can remember any figures but off the top of my head the only major sale under him was Cole, the sales of Ginola, Ferdinand etc came after him irrc. I intended for those to be taken in account also... Off the top of my head with little thought we got our money back for Ferdinand and Ginola and doubled what we paid for Fox and trippled what we paid for Cole... We even got £750k for Kevin Scott off Spurs iirc

Did we even spend that much money under KK? When i think back he was brilliant in the transfer market and always seem to get a couple of good years out of players before selling them on for more money which ironically would've suited MA's business model Would love to know the Net cost on his signings if anybody has the figures (?) with only Shearer being the obvious case of not getting any financial return transfer wise...

So how do I (are others able to) see all the photos? I don't think there are any photos on the Facebook page. Thanks... Twice!

Players with the eye for a killer pass with the greatest in my generation being Zico... Also any player that looks a class above without having any pace whatsoever as I can relate to the later part...

Thank you all for your kind words they are much appreciated but it was a team effort and everyone played their part in making it a memorable day... Even those who fitted the giant screen Although I didn't know Jon personally it did sound like he had a few things in common with my grandad with his love for NUFC and his passion for boxing... But at a week short of turning 101 years old he was lucky enough to actually see us win something so let's not feel too sorry for him! Anyway this is about Cajun as most of us knew him as so all is left is to organise a suitable gift for Jon's family to commemorate the occasion with... Ian W come up with the good idea of a nice framed photo and Jill got some great shots of us all together at the end so unless there is any strong objections (no waivers were signed! ) then I'll organise this with Jill's help over the coming days using the £30 we had set aside after expenses... Here's to the Lockwood Cup 2015!

Just home now... Thanks to you all for making the day so memorable and go so smoothly... I lost my grandad a few hours before kick off so the day was particularly poignant all round for me but it was a pleasure to share it with you all... Thank you Here's to Cajun!
