If anyone's ever seen Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri then the average RTG poster is basically the mother from that.
-
The overarching posting style over there is overly aggressive like, like they cannot post something without there being a tone or some edge to it. Like you say, I think they believe it looks 'hard' or something but it just reads weird as out. It's the sort of thing you usually see semi-anonymously on Youtube comments.

There's probably a half dozen examples at a smaller scale in Germany or Holland of clubs who are just well ran though. Man City are just an example of a team who did it through spending. Just feels like we should have atleast hunted down a well renowned scouting network or something.
-
Man City didn't have a clue what they were doing when the took over, the reason they're where they are now isn't just that they threw a load of money at things, they've improved things massively behind the scenes. If you look back some of the people miffed at the transfer market so far were wanting us to get a DoF sorted, with elite staff brought in, even before we had a manager.

Richie will start LB like, don't think he'll want two right footers on the left with Wood up top. -
Chris Wood (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

The more I think about it the more I realise he's going to bang 15 goals in for us by the end of the season. -

I wouldn't be worried about the ages of our players we're signing like. We'll hopefully be in a position where we'll be able to easily replace them when they start to decline. -

Ings had a 1 in 2 record for Southampton like. -

I'd be amazed if he was physically finished like. Whether he finds form again is another matter but your legs going at 30, to that extent, as a target man, must be canny rare? -

Surely we could have had him picked up like -

I think he'll do well here, I just cannot believe how much we're paying for him If we'd brought some decent scouts in we'd have been able to get 2-3 back-ups sorted with that money, striker included. -

He's playing shit for them, man. -

For £20m we could probably be going for someone like Cabral, man. -

£20m I think it's a good signing like but we're being raked over the coals here and giving Burnley a massive lifeline. -

Watford are shite. We can probably beat them even without a striker on a good day. It just feels like we've gotten ourselves into a position where we're gambling a bit which is annoying. -
We could go on a run later in the season even if we lose both and still stay up. Winning on Saturday just makes things a lot less stressfull and makes our position in the transfer market a bit easier.
-
Gayle has to start if fit like, not even sure why this would be questioned
-
Aye, not sure what i'm allowed to say without being accused of wetting the bed or claiming it's easy to sign players in January like. But i'm pretty sure there was SOME WAY that we could have had a recognised striker in for Watford. Like I think it's fair for me to suggest that, in some alternative reality, we signed a striker either on loan or for cheap and never went into Saturday playing ASM up top by himself.
-
Very Strong defensive contribution according to Who Scored
-
Nobody thinks this
-
Should spread runours that their DoF is a nonse for wasting our time.
-
Fuck knows who he is just buy him.
-
I don't buy it like, if we cannot convince players to look past our league position then I think we're doing something wrong. It could be bollocks, Digne might not even want to go to Villa either who knows. The buzz around Villa Park since signing Courtinho shows us what signing players does though.
-
Well aye because Villa (and Gerrard) are doing the right things. Do you think the PIF would have expected Villa to be a more attractive destination than us when they took over a couple of month ago?
