Yep thought about it, and then considered the contrary evidence that shows Pardew to be a complete and utter mug and have come to the conclusion that it's his fault. He's a shit manager and a vindictive arsehole and he's managed them both horrifically. I've gave my reasons before for why he's mismanaged them both, as have others. My point is, or at least should have been, that maybe it's just a combination of the two at a really unfortunate time? Pardew being a stubborn cunt and Ben Arfa and Marv not applying themselves correctly. Under a different manager there'd be a different outcome, and maybe if they applied themselves properly for the club and the shirt from day 1 and every day since then, a different outcome again? He's never really been shown to punish them or drop them exclusively on the back of bad behavior though. Ben Arfa wasn't dropped for his bad attitude until the end of last season, before that he was cast out "becuz his stats wuzn't right." Pardew constantly bigged him up until he went on his little revolt. Same with Marveux who at one point was his "bit o magic" until he failed to drag him out of the shit a few times, then like Hatem he was back to cameos when we were 2 goals down with 10 minutes to go and then blamed for the defeat and never seen again forever. Their problem is they aren't hard working players defensively, they're forwards, and that probably does show up in training too.

Good point, I hate myself for it like, stopping now though I'm being boring.

His calmness on the ball and the fact he's inherently a pass before shoot kinda guy helps him in that respect too. He looks a good player when he's allowed to play, and like Routledge he'll probably find a decent role in a good Premiership squad if he's allowed to. I wouldn;t call it fawning over mediocrity like, it's just sad to see a creative playing wasting away in the reserves when we're crying out for creativity in the squad. To think some Newcastle United fans are happy with this kind of shit going on when the alternatives were Shola Ameobi and Dan Gosling

5 or 6 assists from the bench is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING like.

The only thing I'm struggling to comprehend is your constantly tedious patter. Marveoux isn't a patch on Ben Arfa, he's not a patch on Demba Ba or Cabaye either, he's by no means a great footballer. He is however better than Dan Gosling and Shola Ameobi who he was constantly overlooked for due to his tendency to "go missing" in between his match winning performances. He's very talented with the ball at his feet, he's weak as piss and doesn't have an ounce of graft in him though so he's finished here under this moron.

Then what happened? They were quality players who moved on. Sissoko will no doubt move sooner rather than later for £10m etc, Ba wasn't free by the way - he had a significant signing on fee. Gouffran is probably a good example actually - a player available at 28, without any great ability who we snapped up cheap. Marv is average or below average and the rest of his career will reflect this when he signs for a mid table ligue 1 team and he probably wont make the team there either. He was a free transfer who didn't work out. Get over it lads. Teehee aren't you mischievous? Anyway they were quality players who moved on because they were sort of allowed to play. If you want to look at another example of a quality player who hasn't moved on due to gross mismanagement then you just need to look at Marv's compatriot Ben Arfa. Probably the most talented player we've had in a decade sitting with the stiffs and seemingly unwanted by every cunt. Get over it.

We got Demba Ba from free with our only rivals for his signature being Everton. Cabaye for £5m with seemingly no one else interested. Sissoko for little over £1m and had we waited we also could have gotten him for free because nobody else was seemingly interested. The same with Gouffran. It happens all the time, just because a player is available doesn't mean everyone comes flocking for his signature, and if they don't it certainly doesn't mean they're shite. That's utterly bizarre. EDIT: These players weren't being mismanaged either, they weren't shunted out with the stiffs, they were in the shop window and we still managed to get them for a criminally low price, in some cases after 2 or 3 windows of pursuing them.
-
Said it before but he's probably the final straw. He's a genuinely brilliant footballer, as Cabaye was, who we've flogged for a profit without ever even trying to build a proper squad around them (and the likes of Remy and Ba). It's a completely pointless cycle.

I wanted him sacked in February mate You're mental, lad. We'll get no one better.
-
McCormack's a good striker, man. £11m is obscene but he's pretty much guaranteed to perform for them, he's not just a goalscorer either.
-
Imagine still having affections for Pardew, even at this point, to the extent that you're willing to claim Marveaux is "an awful footballer" just to try and deviate some heat away from him.
-
Areet Goebbels.
-
With him and Benny our reserves will have a better strike force than our starting XI.
-
It would be a hilariously bad signing like, guaranteed to go tits up if he does come to the Premiership. Would still be worth it for the 3 wonder goals he'll score.
-
brilliant
-
Aye, everything was spot on before he came along HAHA you're so clique and interesting.
-
I didn't think the comment was that bad until I read the mongs trying to defend it in the comment section, now I want him fired.
-
Of fucking course I would.
-
Him quiting would be enough like.

I'd rather he just died now that manage us for the next 7 year or whatever it is. Someone made the point before, people die all the time, may as well be him.
