  1. I see Marc Walton is claiming to be ITK on Twitter again. Apparently we are looking at getting Danny Graham. Pretty sure he was all over the Andy Carroll stuff to whci turned out to be bollocks. Would be funny if we let Sunderland cover anther strikers travel costs though lol
  2. Both? surely that should be all three throwing Shola into the mix too
  3. To be fair it's the manager who should be aware after watching the lad for two years now that he can be effective for 20 minutes against tiring legs. However he cannot play 90 minutes of football. Shola doesn't pick himself the blame for the fact he's started our last two games has to lie with Pardew.
  4. I think it's clear that Xisco is either totally disinterested or just plain crap, Pardew isn't the only manager to totally overlook the lad.
  5. I actually think he's done more than Shola in his two sub appearances. It's a shite state of affairs but better his energy than expecting Shola to manage 90 minutes twice in 4 days. Although what message it sends to the other young players like Campbell I'm not sure
  6. Hope there's no truth to this, but it does look like his heart isn't in it recently http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892/transfer-zone/2013/01/03/3646268/-?
  7. no love for the nomads like ? Surely they're reasonably well known to anyone who likes guitar music?
  8. If you aren't familiar with Turbonegro then I'd advise hitting youtube and searching for their tunes along with The Hellacopters and Backyard Babies too, great Scandinavian garage rock
  9. I wouldn't say he's flopped at West Ham. Well he did still fail a medical here last year did he not? Which would make it very strange for us to go back in for him
  10. Did Maiga not fail a medical here last year? If so why would we go back in for him, especially as he's flopped at West Ham?
  11. Broke his toe against Arsenal apparently, so is out for a few games
  12. PSG possibly? Although you'd imagine they could buy better strikers than him. Just wish this was resolved one way or another, has been tedious with all the speculation every window since he joined
  13. To be honest I hate the potato faced twat for a million reasons. His decision not to wear a poppy however isn't one of them. I find the current poppy fascism a bit bemusing to be honest. If you truly believe that the guys you're remembering tomorrow did lay down their lives for freedom, then surely you can't take issue with someone who exercises that right? Just to add I'm a currently serving Airman, I don't think there should be any pressure put on people to wear a poppy if they don't wish to do so.
  14. Bloody auto correct, I meant Blatent patently
  15. After all of the complaining about Suarez diving is it any wonder when yet again Olsen gets away with what was a patent pen. I think I'd dive all over with minimal contact if the officials I played with were so myopic
  16. That's what I'm saying tho, that acceleration seems to have deserted him the last few games. It was particularly noticeable against Danny Rose where he seemed unable to beat him.
  17. Am I the only one who thinks he looks a yard off the pace? I know what people are saying about him being tired from all of the defending, but in the last 3 or 4 games he seems to be lacking that burst to beat players. Is it just a case of him being up against very quick full backs? I'm sure he had a better explosive burst in the first few games and second half of last season.
  18. Makes me playing alongside Mickey Cross and John Egan from the Terriers at Longhirst on a Thursday night back in the day, look a bit shite lol
  19. After seeing Pienaar's first booking today I'm more convinced that it was only a yellow. I notice the studio pundits weren't foaming at the mouth with rage at what to my mid was a far worse tackle.
  20. I definitely think it was a harsh decision after seeing Pienaar's first booking. The same commentary team weren't after his blood whilst reviewing what was to my mind was a far more dangerous and wreckless tackle. Apparently yellow was the right decision for a two footed scissor tackle but not a slightly late lunge. They kept going on about what might have happened if Fletchers foot was planted, well the answer to that was simple Tiote wins the ball as it was off the floor. Really wish we had neutral punditry in this country.
  21. Where have you read that from? Sky Tyne and Wear and Northumbria Police on twitter
  22. I see Northumbria police are investigating racist chanting directed towards Ba now too. Amazes me to think some of them believe this classy club bollocks too
  23. Bearing in mind that Svumderlands starting centre halves at that time were titsup shambles, duck face jnr and Turner I'd find that highly unlikely.
  24. It's no great drama's I paid by PayPal so I'll get my cash back. Was just asking but it would appear the net is full of stories of their demise or at least of shocking customer service.
