Agree that selling STs with any kind of priority will have people complaining one way or another. But surely it’s easy to give people their loyalty points back if they get a season ticket again or become a member. Who would complain about that? When I login online I can see my loyalty points and how many were removed.

I think they should do in person sales only. Those willing to wait it out will be rewarded. Would be chaos though if people start pushing in etc. Wouldn’t mind if they give priority to people who’ve had tickets in the past, either by date or loyalty points. I had my season ticket for 20 years, through 2 relegations and only packed in out of protest. I can’t see them doing this though.

Definitely the best way to proceed. The company who was going to develop the land where the metro station is has gone bust. We might be able to get the land back relatively cheap!

Is the arena site viable for a stadium? The land next to it drops off quite steeply towards the river.

It'll raise over time. Probably don't want to rock the boat too much right now, but once your right back is on £100k, it's less of a gap to bring in a forward on £150k. Yeah, I got that stadium jacket, the quality was shocking for £70. Bought online and took it to the club shop to return, said I couldn’t return to store despite that appearing nowhere when I ordered. Rubbish all round.

It drives me crazy that journalists don’t grasp (or would rather ignore) that Rafa left because the club could not realise it’s potential being run the way it was. Fast forward three years and he’s been proven right. Bruce’s focus year in year out is to try to match the level Rafa was never satisfied with, just so he can make some pointed remarks at the end of the season. And we’re all meant to happy achieving these ‘realistic’ heights!
