Considering the game isn't for another week i'm pretty certain he will start as will Gouffran. Krul Debuchy Mbiwa Colo/Taylor? Santon Perch Anita Cabaye Gouffran Marveaux Cisse ?

I don't think he deserves the type of comments you'd expect to be aimed at Ranger. At the end of the day the lad is playing at his level, he's just simply not up to it. It's been painful watching him and I'm just glad that the light is at the end of the tunnel where we can go into games without fearing the worst each time the ball goes near the area.

I'd love to see the Sissoko thing happen, we'd have a real powerhouse of a midfield then.

If Mbiwa is fit then why not start him in this. I suppose a lot will depend on what the outcome of the Colo affair and it would seem that Taylor should be in place for a start by a week tomorrow.

If he's pacey, direct and has a goal in him then he'll be a good edition. I'm sick to fuck of a) seeing Shola lumbering around and b) Obertan running around like a headless chicken, never doing anything in the final 3rd. Tiote playing in a side with a more confident defence behind him and a stronger midfield with Cabaye back in there will still be the player we know he can be. He's been drawn into doing too much, rushing forward, taking players on etc. When he sits in front of the back four and patrols that area left to right and gives simple passes to the likes of Cabaye he's one of the best around and was one of the reasons our defence was so strong last season. Having that marauding bastard in front you when he's playing well would give any defence confidence.

Don't know anything about him but this lad looks pretty handy from clips, decent in the air too.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Colo if indeed he is signing. Be great if Colo stayed until the summer too, we need him too

Thought he could leave for a free in the summer so why would they make him wait until the summer? Surely they'd rather take some money now than lose him in the summer and keep a player that they don't want to keep anyway I've only skim read stuff though so I've probably missed something.

basically what Remy would have done for us except of course Remy is a lot better. He is absolutely nothing like Ba or Cisse. The fact that he's also solid on the ball is also a big plus too. Far more potent and technically sound than Jonas and Shola. So is my Gran TBF.
