  1. Like when Targett’s injury forced our hand to play Burn at left back and it come off well, this is Tino’s time to shine.
  2. Will take that. Would be lovely to get Port Vale or Boro in the semi’s.
  3. Ticket for Coventry v West Brom last night were £37. In comparison, it’s not that bad at all.
  4. Of course, I agree it’s a positive myself to a certain extent. Just slightly unfair on season ticket holders with no points and genuine members wanting to go an away game. I suppose there’s always gonna be people missing out, but when there’s quite visibly a fair few day trippers going instead of genuine fans, it’s worth a discussion.
  5. That's exactly what I was trying to point out I'd probably say they were player/corporate tickets as they were all sat together. But yeah, the combat 18 meet last week was wicked, DM me if you want an invite to the next one.
  6. Reckon he'd be a great option on a free as a backup.
  7. I was speaking to a fella the other week who had a lot to do with the campaign that wanted their previous regime out. He was all for Ashley buying Coventry as he'd apparently spent loads of money at Newcastle and helped expand the stadium
  8. There were 4-5 lads behind me who were speaking a different language with half-and-half Wolves/Newcastle scarves on.
  9. I don’t know the ins and outs but yeah, it was around 8-10. Would make sense sourcing from others as this one went to very low loyalty points didn’t it?

Some of them tackles he made today were fucking immense. Our best player by a country mile today.
  11. I’d got a ticket today through a pal who used to manage one of our players, was probably 8-10 tickets given by the player. One of the lads didn’t even know the offside rule? Definitely a few day trippers behind me too. Atmosphere wasn’t great at all today though. I wouldn’t say we were too flat, but we definitely weren’t the 12th man that we needed today. Molineux acoustics were good. Their fans were loud when they could be arsed.
  12. If someone offered me a ticket in the Leazes, I’d probably pass on it if I had to pay. I pay good, hard earned money for atmosphere, not for some sausage to tell me to sit/quieten down.
  13. Not that he was amazing, but I’d probably say Steven Taylor. You could argue Longstaff in the current team.
  14. If my memory serves right, Scott Parker was out for about 3 months for us with glandular fever.
  15. Only two of these running now but both have been heavily backed. Double sitting at around 59/1. No guarantee but worth a punt. The 100/1 has been backed into 8’s.
  16. The rain is fucking us, passing all over the shop. Fingers crossed these subs come off for Howe.
  17. I seen somebody posted a while back that there was some cash injection of some sort for around £115m? Can’t remember exactly what it entailed but definitely seen it on here.
  18. Crazy that Ange was 4/5 to be gone by Christmas when I looked at the start of the season.

    Polly want a cracker?
  20. Tickets can be allocated in any available category, and so if successful the total price of your application may vary. Prices shown are the maximum per price ticket. From the website. So by my understanding, if you apply for tickets in the Platinum Club, you have a better chance of getting a ticket as you’re open to all price ranges? Praying I get one this time as it’s the day after my birthday.
  21. Apart from the view, I actually quite liked the stadium and the few bits around it. Just a joke pretty much nowhere takes cash. I had a block on my card that can’t be sorted for 48 hours so had to pay cash. Nowhere in the ground would do it, but a food stall which I think was in Hackney Wick, begrudgingly took my cash after I said I’d let them keep the change. One thing I did notice was that anybody could of got in the ground at half time as they had the bigger doors open to the stadium, rather than the turnstiles.
  22. I was sat in the Bobby Moore stand behind the goal. They were proper shit and thick as fuck. Fair play to them for winning the Conference League, but if we did, I certainly wouldn’t be singing "Champions of Europe, we know what we are". Two lads behind me were asking each other why Maxi wasn’t playing.. and that he was our best player by far. Weirdest thing was that every single person in the stand was stood up the whole game and created next to no atmosphere. Didn’t have fuck all on our standing corner and probably twice the size.
  23. He wasn’t amazing today, but wouldn’t say he was our worst. I don’t think he could have done much more for their last goal either. Mental reactions from people I’ve read elsewhere.
