We did alright tonight, but one thing that I've noticed with Pardew is that we're always happy with a 2/3 goal lead. Noticed it again tonight when we were 3-0 up, had the chance to counter from a corner, but nobody was pushing forward and the ball went back to Wigan. The 1-3 at West Brom last season the same kind of thing happened, we played some amazing stuff first half, but we just seemed to be content with having a decent lead with chances coming here and there. My memory isn't the best but I think the last time we scored 4 goals in a game was Wolves at home in 2010-11? Don't get me wrong i'm over the moon with the win,but we could of raped Wigan tonight and we just went a bit flat after we were comfortable. Does my head in that we've not gave anybody a thrashing for ages.

Only watched the 2nd half but that was one the worst performances I've seen from us in a while. Why play hoofball against West Ham, when even before a ball is kicked it's quite obvious we're going to be beaten in the air every time?

Had Cardiff, Swindon and Sheffield Utd £10 treble got me £104.50.

Bilbao, Spurs and Napoli £5 @ 19.67. Napoli are 7/2 or over most places.

Man Utd and Bayern to win both halves. £5 returns £50.

I'm from Coventry and couldn't agree more with you. There is one or two hidden gems but a good night out happens once in a blue moon. Were the halls in the Hillfields by any chance? Its by far the worst area in Coventry and would advise anybody not to go anywhere near it.

Talk about a list of average to poor midlands sides. Have you ever been to a Coventry game? Their attendances aren't the best but the fans that do turn up are decent.
