Honestly, how amazing is it that we actually feel disappointed at drawing 3-3 with Man City! How far this club has come in such a short period of time. Proud to be a Newcastle fan. I hate saying his name, but I did have a think during the game what the score would have been if Steve Bruce was still in charge, it'd be a procession for City. Good move from the club, appreciate we have to be patient with signings but something was obviously amiss here given how long we had been negotiating with Reims and the player, etc... and given how long those discussions have taken place for, with every day that went by and no nearer to signing, it was obvious something wasn't right. Correct stance from the club, move on to the next target.
