Harper R.Taylor Williamson Perch Ferguson Obertan Gosling Abeid Marveaux Vuckic Shola Pretty much a second string team. Still decent though. -
Wow, Keegan's actually lost the plot all together, slightly senile. Shame.
-
Still slightly dissapointed Inman hasn't been given a shot yet. Think he's got real talent. Loves an injury though.

Marv and Jonas will most certainly be on the other sides. -
U-turn more like. Starting in greece.

Why is ranger on this list, thought he was never playing for the club again?
-
Well you've got Simpson, Perch and Raylor. Then obviously Santon can cover if we decided to play Ferguson left back. Not likely all them to be injured at same time. Everyone hates Simpson but he's still better than all our opinions of him, he does an average job in a good side and stands out like a sore thumb. However take Ba and Cisse out of our side, we are left with Shola. He now struggles to last 90 minutes with his inuries, let alone lead the line for at least a month with no back up on the bench.
-
Not that mental like, he could play a part in Europe. It does cry out desperation however.
-
Why? We've got two decent strikers and we only usually play one up front. Like said yesterday the one key area we are still weak in the first 11 is right back (or left back if you move Santon to the right). I really believe two quality full backs could make a massive difference to our game. And IF they manage to beat ivory coast and go to the african nations or heaven forbid they happen to get injured?
-
Ashley has instilled the mentality into us that resale value is the only thing that matters. And we've all fallen for it as well. Re-sale value, it's the future!
-
These kernts have no shame. They just embarrass themselves time after time. I'm sure they know it as well but they have been dragged up to think it's acceptable and just a way of life. Bless.
-
Those 3 are never going to play together in CM though, are they? Lamps and Oscar? Attack Attack Attack.............actually nah they are baaaring defensive cunts. Mikel it is.

You do realise we have just signed Anita? -
Ramires Lampard Oscar would be the best. Mikel is shite. Out of them though agree with arsenal then us.
-
Agreed. Can play a big part in Europe and Cup. Keeps his fitness up he can become a goal threat from centre midfield which is a good option.
-
Smith was a £6m player too, tbf. Actually, i think given the relatively small squad, we needed another player of the Perchinho mold, but much better. Am looking forward to having two holding midfielders. Better that Perchinho?
-
Problem is it's still a huge gamble which they shouldn't really be taking in there position. Man Utd could afford a gamble on Michael Owen, didn't set to lose anything, but this lot are hardly flooded with strikers and have money to burn. I do agree with what you say in this post but if he get's injured then this has massively back fired on them and the likely chances are is that he will get crocked.

Last summer Pardew was saying he couldn't see him playing Ben Arfa right midfield as he is number 10 who plays in behind the striker. Seemingly ben arfa has now made that right mid position his own. Do you think we are likely to see this change anytime in the season? I'm not totally convinced pardew still has him down as a wide man except when in a 4-3-3 formation or in a formation where he is basically a forward.

Where is that fella? He still alive?
-
Bit harsh, he's only 23, just broken in to the first team, has produced some classy displays and faded towards the back end of the season. I think he's showed a lot of promise and with the right coaching in certain areas could do very well for himself. Far better than the mackems anyways. Got a lot of things going for him. Of course. I thought he actually put a couple in. The game against qpr he absolutely tore them apart and scored a decent goal, setting up another 2 or 3, can't remember exactly but he did look class that game. Even on his debut when he came on against Blackburn and changed the game in the mackems favour and they went on to win. If he came through at Newcastle people would be offering a different opinion.
