Think that’s a fairly wild take like. He was the best player for Everton in the previous season and a big part of keeping them up. He’s very versatile, has pace and can strike well off both feet. Technically, I’d have preferred a much better dribbler but I think he’s definitely ready. I also think he’s a perfect player for Howe to shape. Think we’ll really start to see his quality next season though

I think Barnes is a much more talented player than Harrison despite Harrison being a very solid player. Neither would be an elite target but I’d be much happier with Barnes

It’s an extremely difficult job, and I think in lots of ways officiating has improved in recent years. I think the game flows a lot more now. However, the handball law is a disgrace. I think offsides will get a lot simpler with the new system that’s going to be employed so it really comes down to them applying the rules more consistently. What’s pissing people off is seeing certain teams benefit over others consistently. That needs to stop immediately
