  1. 36 pts. How many points did Ameritoon score for his record in comparison?
  2. GW 8 Man City v Spurs Arsenal v Hull Burnley v West Ham Crystal Palace v Chelsea Everton v Aston Villa Newcastle v Leicester Southampton v Sunderland QPR v Liverpool Stoke v Swansea West Brom v Man Utd
  3. How did this game end without any sending offs?
  4. Is extra time counted for minutes played? If not, Dier might not get the 60 mins for any potential CS points.
  5. You see Everton who haven't started well and are just two points off the relegation zone, and yet there is none of the mass hysteria calling for the sacking of their manager. Win one more game and we could overtake them. Pardew has been treated harshly and has every right to feel aggrieved.
  6. Two points off Everton.
  7. If managers were dicks, he'd be the limpest chode going. I f***ing hate this c***, we'll go down with this arsehole if Ashley so wishes for him to be in charge. f***ing c***s, the lot of them More like a strap on for Ashley to f*** us Seems to lack penetration though With a big head but no functionality.
  8. Valencia in a diamond would be a waste of his crossing ability, and Fletcher would be a better option. Sure would make things interesting, and tbf LVG keeps coming with his surprises.
  9. Not sure if Valencia is playing in the middle. 4-4-2 perhaps?
  10. MUFC: De Gea; Rafael, McNair, Rojo, Shaw; Blind; Valencia, Di Maria; Mata; Falcao, van Persie © subs: Lindegaard, Thorpe, Blackett, Fletcher, Fellaini, Januzaj, Wilson EFC: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka ©, Stones, Baines, Barry, Besic, Pienaar, Mcgeady, Naismith, Lukaku subs: Joel, Gibson, Eto'o, Oviedo, Osman, Browning, Alcaraz
  11. My guess is Pardew is Ashley's 'ideal' manager by far - does the PR work, takes the abuse in steed of Ashley, low wages, accepts he has little to no say in transfers incoming or outgoing, keeps the club in an acceptable league position or maybe safe enough so that SD would not lose the global PL viewership - and that he thinks he can't get a better manager with those 'qualities'.
  12. Surely this has to annoy Ashley. Can't be happy throwing money away. It will be 4m + the 1m loan fee for MYM, a loss of 1.7m. Essentially peanuts to Ashley, considering we sold a few players for nice profits. Possibly the only way it would piss Ashley off is if MYM gets sold for big money as Roma did for Marquinhos and Benatia.
  13. Impresses Roma that they wanted to tie up a permanent deal before the agreed 4.5m end-of-season option. NUFC facilitates the sale of an in-demand player by accepting a discounted 4m fee.

    Papiss Cissé

Reckon the ACoN should start with immediate effect.
  15. First time Kaka's advice paid dividends... Until Costa scores a hattrick.
  16. Has seen every match. Backs the manager. More lip-reading at the end of the game.
  17. Has Ashley been to every match so far this season? Seems to be around nowadays when he wouldn't even care in the past.
  18. Ashley's allegations about death threats to his family were never proven true, were they? Seems like a similar case here to make themselves look the victims.
  19. He said all those things, but not in that order as you suggest, and they were responses to different questions. Are you in politics? http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29472154 How would that be manipulation of any kind if it's a C&P job from the BBC article?
  20. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29472154 He's really not doing himself any favours at all.
  21. This tickled me  The idea of jawdees eating packets of nick nacks and looking through his windows, while he and his family sit fearing for their safety. Recognisable by the 'you just won't leave us alone' banner at the door.
