I don't think that's very relevant. I have to disagree, I think it’s hugely relevant. If players think it’s detrimental to the game then there’s something wrong. I bet it’s not just the top players either. Imagine scoring a goal and feeling the adrenaline rush and now having to stop and think whether it actually counts or not. It takes a huge part of the game away from the players and the spectators.

Players hate it. Milner has come out and said the players hate it.
