Too many people believe the Pardaganda "tracking back" bollocks. Good attacking teams (which Pardle wants us to be apparently) can have players who don't need to defend for half the game. It's funny how most people complain when he's got the ball in his own half (we're too defensive!) yet complain when he doesn't track back (we're too attacking!).

Is he good, then? Seen nothing of Spurs recently other than their last Europa League game. Played 6 and has 6 clean sheets, with 3 of them in their last 3 league games. Very good on the ball too.

I'm not bothered either way about West Ham, I just like Nolan and Ravel. The win they got against Tottenham, while very fluky, should give us some hope.

West Ham beat them 3-0 with no strikers so they're far from infallible. That was pre-Chiriches though...

But by using Pardoo/Pardle people show just how much they hate him. They can't even come to type his name. He has become Voldemort. I definitely use Pardle because I hate him. Not the other reason.

He hasn't been "awful recently" at all. How many bad games has he had in his favourite position this season? 1 bad game against Hull after 3 brilliant, match winning ones and he's dropped then moved all over the pitch. Maybe we should put Remy on the right wing next game and see how quickly we turn on him when he plays badly or just "doesn't track back"?

Pardle is "handling him well" again. Can't get anything even close to consistent performances out of him but at least Hatem is happy

Pardle managing Arsenal would be a hoot. He'd be a nervous wreck every time someone other than Flamini got the ball.

Tottenham's midfield just doesn't work. They look like complete strangers again.

Us next year I was always of the opinion that I want to be in the same league as them but I now know it'll be an absolute embarrassment whenever we play them so I hope they go down.

Let's not forget we beat Chelsea last year and it amounted to fuck all, just like it will this time.

What is it with us and stupid contracts? The contract length isn't the issue, it's the subsequent handling of the player that makes it look stupid.

Hopefully the club haven't noticed his contract expires next summer.

Harsh.... his link up and hold up play is brilliant and a big reason why the midfielders look so good. He's got 1 league goal (a tap in against Palace) in 6 weeks, and that's not title winning form. If Ramsey dries up they might be in a bit of trouble.

Giroud must be the luckiest player in the world. He's not very good but is playing in front of that brilliant midfield and has no competition for his place.

He'll have been told to say it too. Wouldn't be as bad if it was his genuine opinion.
