Been on the sesh 4 days this week already. But I second that. Walking to the pub now. Nerves have finally kicked in.

I do agree. Although Elanga has hardly looked secure on the ball. I don’t think he is quite as dangerous and loose as Murphy, though.

Aaron Ramsdale: return to Southampton confirmed

Ramsdale starts, apparently. Aerial bombardment incoming. -
2-0 up in my dream. Own goal and Miley. They had one sent off just before half time. Then the TV’s cut-out in the pub. I’ll try and have a power nap before the game. See if I can get the full time result for you.

I feel you may have gone off on a bit of a tangent and got yourself all worked up over something else entirely

Brighton should have got something out the game based on the highlights I saw. Isak had been on for 10-15 minutes and he looked like he couldn’t even get up with play for the counter at the end. Appeared in shot just outside the box after Salah had blazed over. Maybe he is genuinely fucked fitness wise. Hilarious, if so.

I’m sorry Toby. That sounds like management speak. You hate that!

Not a nepo baby…. Then goes on to explain exactly why he is a nepo baby. “Ohhh. Well he gets football. As he was born into a billionaire family who own a football club……” Man. Fuck dem hoes.

This just in. Premier League clubs get injuries throughout the season. More on this as we get it.

The interviewer just about stopped short of having a tantrum for him daring to say HBA was better at dribbling than Ronaldo.

To play devil’s advocate. The Brentford one is more on Botman. Surprised he got off so lightly. Pope is about to punch it and he basically ducks down and flicks it into the 6 yard box. The Arsenal one was a mad 2 minutes from him and he was too aggressive trying to plough through their constant blocks and fouls. Should still do better for both. But I would prefer him being aggressive. As opposed to always being rooted to the spot. It wasn’t those two I had such an issue with. West Ham actually annoyed me more. As it felt like two wrong decisions rolled into one. The Marseille one was just pure madness. Anyway, Pope trained yesterday. So we might be back to complaining about how shit his kicking is sooner than we thought -
Stopped listening to it. They all seem like nice fellas. But they get bogged down having petty arguments over the same point for ages. Sometimes seems like 10-20 minutes. TF has too many helmets on there these days and Charlotte seems to be on every single one. She is unbearable. But I’ll listen now and then. Binned off the Caulkin one. Worst of the lot by a mile.

I still wish Gordon and Barnes could interchange a bit. Wouldn’t be as much of an issue with who plays what side then. I know there will be a reason for it. Passing patterns, defensive duties, partnerships, consistency etc. I don’t think many teams do it now. Pep a few times, from memory. I’m sure it was much more common when I was growing up?

The 1-0 win in the league? That was his right foot.

That was great until matey started singing at the end. What an awful song.

The duality of man

I agree with this. The first part was why I think I was a bit critical of him. Just a bit safe, neat and tidy and perhaps I just didn’t notice it enough or give him credit for it. It was like he drifted in and out of games. Made a point of paying more attention since Howe brought him back in. As so many rate him and I wasn’t always seeing it. He’s been flawless and should be starting now, for sure.

Murphy and Pope haven’t been playing. Burn’s not at left back. Gordon is back to form. The boo boys need a new target

Who do you want as your new manager, TCD?
-
He’d invest in his beloved Man U, buy some more shitty properties full of damp to let out and maybe open his own kebab chain.

So a draw on Sunday and then finishing outside of the European places would be ok. But lose and he doesn’t get the rest of the season to try and win another trophy or finish top 6?! Sound logic. We could do a cup double this year and lose both derbies. But Dokko would rather just not lose to the mackems That is pure mackem behaviour that. Gauging our success through how we do against our rivals
