With the money we've recouped so far, the big wages off the wage bill and the huge PL TV money we should have a canny wedge to spend next summer anyway if we go up. Remember that game against West Ham (I think, might have been his debut) and he was cutting them open with his passing and making a real difference to our play. His head seemed to drop a bit after that and he didn't look particularly fit but if Rafa has got him on the right track then I reckon he'll be able to produce that sort of display more consistently.

If we're looking nailed on for promotion by then I'd rather we go for players who are going to be decent premier league standard and I'm not sure Judge fits that mould. While iIthink he could do well for us in the championship I'm not sure it's worth getting him only to have to replace him in the summer.
