Best bet is to try and stay compact and deny them space I reckon. Problem is players like David Silva tend to be able to create a yard out of nothing. Hopefully Townsend and Sissoko can display the same sort of energy levels as they did yesterday and keep getting up and down the pitch as whatever happens we need to try and hurt them too. Sitting back and inviting pressure is suicide against this lot. Try and get at them, get the crowd going and see what happens. I'd rather give it a try and lose than go out with a whimper.

After we scored the 2nd Rafa going straight to the technical area and getting instructions out to the players. No getting carried away, just seemed really professional and calm as he pulled a few of them over and told them the plan. The players actually seemed to listen too which was nice.

Thought he made a big difference to the defence along with the absence of Captains Colo and Fistpumps. We looked a lot more solid with a proper defender there and, as Ron said, he came inside and covered very well when the ball was on the other side. Hopefully him, Lascelles and Mbemba can stay fit for the rest of the season because they've looked our best bet so far.

Still a 9. We've got a chance but we still need to overhaul Norwich and Sunderland. Norwich are shit but the mackems are fighting for their lives so I can see them picking up points. Can't see us getting anything from the next two games so anything we do get will be a big bonus. Just the psychological effect of getting out of the relegation zone no matter how temporary would be a boost imo.
