I heard rumours he's off to Fulham.

Four years and he's achieved absolutely nothing. By every metric of a normal football club this man has failed. Top to bottom the club would be better off had he never set foot in it. From the academy to the first team there has not been one iota of progress. He has done nothing for us. A failure here and a failure everywhere he's been. That's his CV.

What's stopping him owning both clubs? Nothing, I believe, unless both NUFC and Rangers entered the same UEFA competition. Rangers are probably a lock-in for the EL every season once they get up, you'd only need NUFC having an good season (like the one where you finished 5th) and there you have your ownership conflict.

Kids need first team football to really kick on but ours just never seem to get the chance short of the occasional league cup tie. Since we go out of the cups so early that's basically one or two games a season with a handful of five minute cameos if they're lucky.

Yes and our strikers actually did what they're paid for, as did yours, and it's about fucking time. I don't know what it is about Stoke, but I find them very hard to like as a team. Even with Hughes in charge there's something quite irritating about them, so taking 3 points off them is always nice.
