  1. Klopp has shown himself to be a right cunt on a good few occasions to be honest. When he first came to England he was this shiny new fella who constantly smiled and joked on, and as time's went on and they've enjoyed success he's became a proper twat - perfect example of the mask slipping. Imagine an opposition manager done that to a Fourth Official at Anfield ffs He goes on like Liverpool are proper hard done by - biggest load of shit ever - West Ham should have had a pen in added time last week and their first at Leeds shouldn't have stood. They get the rub of the green more often than not in that's probably because officials are scared of this big bully. Bullies reporters after the game if Liverpool haven't won, bullies officials before, during and after games to get his own way. Can't wait until we're playing Champions League and this cunt is crying about it and Liverpool's 'ceiling' every week. Fuck him. Cunt.
  2. Aye but remember Liverpool could also catch Man Utd. Is a bit of a pisser we will be playing Leeds who'll have Allardyce there. I know they're shit and we should be beating them comfortably, but that big lump seems to have some Voodoo shit going on since we sacked him. Can't stand the bloke. We 100% should quite easily get 7 points from 5 games, but I will still be shitting myself when Liverpool are inevitably 3 points behind us before we play Arsenal on Sunday (granted with 2 games in hand).
  3. Didn’t we go in for him in Jan for like £20m? Could be someone else.
  4. Gallowgate (top row) stunk of skunk today mind.
  5. Said I’d be confident to the point where it’s done if we got 7 from Spurs, Everton and Southampton. Here we have 9 and I’m still shitting myself man. Sick.
  6. They’ll win the day, Watford are a shitshow. It’s fell nicely for them so far, results have certainly been going their way. Watford and probably Preston will have nowt to play for either.
  7. Needs to be rocking from the first whistle on Sunday, which is the least we can give the players. Southampton are fucking crap too. Thankfully they need to win.
  8. Trent handball at Leeds too. I know they won 6-1 in the end, but the first goal is nearly always pivotal.
  9. I think Man City at home back in August was when I thought 'fuck we might actually have a cracking season here', but for enjoyment levels I think the Man Utd (H) game was the best. We battered them as much as we did Spurs, we just didn't take the chances as much. Most important win of the season (so far) was Wolves (H) for me. It'll get swept under the radar a tad but we weren't great, in the middle of our poor run and we scored a relatively late winner which started this new run. I suppose Forest (A) scoring a last minute winner will get the plaudits but if we didn't win this it would have put us in a sticky situation with tricky games to follow.
  10. It's funny but you can absolutely relate I'd definitely advise him to not chuck it...who knows what the situation will be in 24 months - use NUFC as the prime example!
  11. Aye - I do completely sympathise with that to be fair like. There's nothing worse when you feel like you have no connection to the first thing that you ever felt in love with. They do have a number of helmets online, however don't we all? I think a season or two outside of the Premier League will be a good thing for them as fans to build back that connection. For all the faux rivalry that's been created, they are a proper traditional club and it's a shame to see them ran into the ground. Crazy to think not too long ago this lot had the Don as manager with James Rodriguez in the line up
  12. Was fucking hilarious seeing them all frothing at the mouth when the third went in The only sickener for me was that Gordon didn't wrap it up with a 5th. Ultimate trolling by Howe to bring him on at the end and I'm all for it. Being booed on by 25 fans
  13. Should be a comfortable win, hopefully the kick-off time & opposition don't have a detrimental effect on the atmosphere - SJP should be rocking and rightly so, but we (fans) have history of being a bit passive when we're expected to win. Atmosphere like Man Utd/Spurs and this lot will buckle. They got a cracking result at Arsenal so shouldn't be underestimated, but let's not pretend Arsenal couldn't have scored a few more (and they were gifted their first goal, although a cracking finish). No set-pieces around the box for them either. An early goal and they'll crumble - they need to win. A point does fuck all for them. That should suit us down to the ground.
  14. Slightly off topic, but one thing I've never understood is how Thursday - Sunday is any worse than Wednesday - Saturday?
  15. You're quite right Teddy, I had missed your previous post saying that you doubt he could make it in the Premier League. Please accept my most sincerest of apologies - I was just flabbergasted at your following post where you argued he isn't shit because your managers in League One and the Championship speak so highly of him. My bad, my man.
  16. Come on mate, you’re a proper reasoned poster to be fair, and I have no doubt O’Nien is a trier. But ‘every single manager that’s had him here’ has been in League One until this season He shouldn’t anywhere near a Premier League side and you know it.
  17. Liverpool fans are the biggest set of entitled cunts in football. Bar the odd flirtation under Rafa and Rodgers, they were pretty much a cup team my entire life. It’s only more recently under Klopp they’ve been seen as an elite side again. Fuck them.
  18. Was just about to post something similar Someone please pull up some of their shite when we signed him.
  19. I think tonight is probably higher stakes than a 'typical' game, and I'd probably have less problem putting him in the squad if it was say a 14:00 Sunday game. Given it's his first meeting with them since leaving, they're planning all sorts of fan-based shit pre-match, it's a night game with relegation/CL implications, we're best to leave him out imo. That Xhaka/TAA incident at Anfield on Easter Sunday riled the home crowd up to claw back a 2 goal deficit and maybe even stopped Arsenal winning the league. I know Liverpool have a much better squad than Everton but fan power is huge in football imo, granted not all the time. Hopefully it's similar to when we played Portsmouth under Shearer in 08/09. Evening game, that fella singing Blaydon Races, everyone up for it and we fail to win.
  20. Aye, it's absolutely huge. Win this and it knocks the stuffing out of Liverpool a tad, it will naturally deflate them if we keep matching their results. I've seen loads of Liverpool fans actually cheering us on tonight though, they really want Everton down.
  21. I'm just a self-proclaimed wet-wipe though, struggling to shift my mentality from the Ashley era, which covered my entire late-teens/20s. Just wish Liverpool would fuck off. Saying that if we beat this lot tonight even I'll relax a tad, for an hour or so
  22. Ridiculously nervous. Was saying to the Mrs last night this is much worse than fighting relegation and I don't even know why As others have touched on, I'd have Gordon nowhere near the squad tonight. Give them absolutely no reason whatsoever to be even more fired up. Actually think having Lascelles could be a blessing due to their incoming aerial bombardment.
  23. 6 points in the next 2 games should do it, like. Assuming Liverpool beat Spurs it would mean that they need to be 10 points better than us in 5 games. If that happens then the 1996 lads can be forgiven as this will be a complete capitulation. We'd need 7 points from Arsenal, Leeds, Brighton, Leicester & Chelsea. Saying that I'd take a draw tonight as long as we beat Southampton.
  24. whilst I do take your point, we’ve got fucking Mo Salah and company rather than Gareth McLeary chasing us. Do the business tomorrow and we need 10 points with 4 home games to play. Have to like those odds, but need to win tomorrow massively now.
